Just got my brand new Whirlpool & I’m excited to finally have water and ice on the outside door. I love all the compartments it has and has sleek look. If you’re looking for a beautiful fridge with lots of space to store it all, but this fridge!

I purchased this refrigerator on February 24, 2025, and it was delivered on March 8, 2025. On April 29, 2025, a repairman came out for condensation issues with the middle compartment tray and the freezer door. He ordered me a new freezer door replacement. I had to wait about 6 weeks for the new one. After replacing the door, the condensation issue continues. I purchased this same model refrigerator in August 2014, and had the same issues with it. I purchased this model again in hopes that Whirlpool would have corrected this issue. In less than 6 months of purchase and a repair, I’m having the same issues. From my experience with this model, I found that over time, the water leaked down into the seal and eventually the seal separated from the door, causing issues with the freezer door not closing tightly enough to keep my food frozen. The water also caused the LED panel in the middle door to stop working, but once it dries out, it starts working! I also dislike the compartment trays in the door at the top; this eliminates storage space that my old model had. If I had known the storage trays had been added, I would not have purchased again. My husband and a repairman who serviced my old one warned me not to purchase this model again. As much as I loved my old model, I am not as fond of this one. Not worth the money! That is why I purchased an extended warranty! Sorry, Whirlpool, your appliances are not as good as they used to be. My element in my Whirlpool dryer needed replacing less than two years after purchasing it.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever had. Love having the middle drawer and all of the shelves in the freezer section. The only thing I didn’t care for was the side door shelf that had all the storage containers. This was of no use to us so we went online and purchased another bin shelf just like the other 2 bin shelves provided.

I purchased the Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator WRMF7736Pz and have been using it for two months. The spacious design is perfect for my family and the adjustable shelves make organizing groceries easy. The energy-efficient design is a bonus. I’m thrilled with my purchase. It’s stylish, functional, and reliable.

Great refrigerator! Although the wring ine was delivered and there other issues... the issues were resolved and was corrected promptly.

My user’s experiences with Whirlpool refrigerators were very positive. My Samsung French doors refrigerator ice maker broke down so many times, finally,it stopped working due to the compressor malfunction. I went to BESTBUY as usual and purchased a Whirlpool French doors refrigerator on Nov.7, 2024 and delivered on Nov. 9,2024. It works perfectly. I am so relaxed without any stress on icemaker anymore. Thanks BestBuy.

So far, this unit is working perfectly. This is the THIRD Unit that we have had delivered since Feb. 7th. The first one the compressor failed after about 10 days. The second one had a problem with the Freezer Drawer closing properly so we had continual condensation forming on the Top Edge of the Freezer Drawer. See photo of the condensation in picture below.

I love our new fridge. It has a lot of space and it looks great in our kitchen.

Good refrigerator but the lines in the front aren’t straight

Well, within a week I have a performance problem that the repairman tried to fix and failed. He also informed me that I only had 48 hours to exchange a new defective refrigerator. I can’t believe this is happening to me again the fix didn’t work. Rather than replace the bottom portion of the refrigerator, which is the freezer Whirlpool had the repairman put a cheesy gasket under the seal. Not a factory repair. I’ll have to contact the Whirlpool repairman again Unbelievable. I guess this will be my last Whirlpool appliance. I don’t know how long I will have to go back-and-forth with Whirlpool until they replace it this time. It took a year for the last refrigerator with repeated repair appointments that did not solve the problem. Whirlpool sucks.

The installers were terrible. Took them almost three hours to take old refrigerator out and install new one. We told r Them when old one was installed they had to take doors off. Instead they first took handles off, still would not work, so then took doors off. Lost a bolt in the process AND find out a few days later they didn’t get water hookup tight. Now have to repair thousands in damage not to mention the disaster during the holidays. All we wanted was new appliances for the holidays.

This refrigerator has issue with condensation building up on the edges of upper door.

Very happy with my purchase from the sale to the delivery. The fridge works great, so much more space than our side by side refrigerator.

We looked at several refrigerators and we knew we wanted french doors, with a middle drawer, and an ice maker that put ice into a container that is removable. The ice container in the door is so much nicer than taking up space in the freezer. We live near the beach and it's great to pull out the ice container and dump ice into a cooler. The freezer itself has two internal drawers plus the pizza compartment in the front. Those two drawers make it a lot easier to keep frozen food organized. We found no other refrigerators with more than one freezer drawer. One thing we find useless is the prep and store bins and shelf, those take up too much space and that shelf can only hold those bins, so now it sitting on a shelf in the kitchen cabinets. We have plenty of storage containers and they can take up a lot less space on a shelf. The middle drawer is excellent, we use it for beverages, as you can keep it a little colder than the upper shelves. We replaced the exact same refrigerator that was ten years old, it was already four years old when we bought the house. We had a couple of problems with it, the previous owners had over stuffed the freezer and loosened the seals. The ice maker had quit working and we decided not to put repair money into a ten year old appliance. There was no other refrigerator that had the features we liked in this one, so we bought the same unit. Beat Buy's sales rep and delivery guys were awesome too.

This Whirlpool Refrigerator was everything I needed in my new purchase! I bought this for my office. It was the perfect fit and definitely is what I was looking for. Its spacious, good quality and the price was great! The middle drawer is plus, and it even came with a variety of cute storage containers. Very happy with my purchase!

I love this refrigerator! Whoever designed it deserves an award because they pretty much thought of everything. I thought the second drawer would result in less room in the top section of the fridge, but boy was I wrong. I use the middle drawer for soft drinks, cheese, meats, etc. and store all of my other items in the upper area of the refrigerator. The shelves are moveable so I have no trouble placing taller items such as bottles of wine, cartons of milk, etc. There is so much room in this refrigerator it’s ridiculous. The ice maker is placed in the door and is very large with an ample amount of ice cubes. The freezer is also amazing. It has two drawers plus the lower area as well as a place for frozen pizzas. I love everything about this refrigerator from an efficiency perspective and the cherry on top is that it is a beautiful to look at as well, and very quiet. I hope it holds up mechanically because it’s an incredible refrigerator. I’m not sorry I spent the extra money for it. I’m very pleased.
