Q: Does this have a butter holder section in the door?
A: Whirlpool makes a butter dish compartment with front cover that fits this model . The part number is W10324760. I bought this refrigerator only after i found the butter compartment for it. This dish comes installed on a private label brand that whirlpool makes. It can only be ordered by this part number.and the parts system is set up where you can't find it any other way. MIne is on order. Hope this helps!
A: My refrigerator is only 3 years old and has developed the same issue with the wires in the door breaking. We're in the process of determining if it can be fixed or if we have a nice refrigerator that will not have an ice maker which is not acceptable after only 3 years. We did not purchase an extended warranty and I will not pay $900 for a new door. I think you'd be taking a big risk if you buy this refrigerator.
A: Yes!! I recently purchased this refrigerator and sometimes the humming is so loud I can hear it down the hall and in the living room. I've seen several reviews pointing this noise out as well. Seems to be an issue with this model.
A: The ice cubes are small and kind of pyramid shaped. They are about one inch at the widest part and about an inch tall. There is a crushed ice option.

A: Yes it does! If I would have known about how noisy this Whirlpool side by side is, I wouldn't have purchased it. We have an open floor plan so the noise carries to our family room. We've had it for about 6 months. I thought I might get used to the noise, but I haven't.
