Customers are pleased with the spacious interior, ice maker, and fingerprint-resistant finish of the 28.4 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with In-Door-Ice Storage. They appreciate the ample storage space, easy access to ice, and the fact that the stainless steel exterior does not easily show fingerprints. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the noise level, lack of adjustable shelves, and temperature control issues.
This is a great refrigerator with lots of storage in both the freezer and on the refrigerator side with an updated black stainless steel modern appearance. It is a very solid built fridge. The doors close and seal firmly and I love the handles! The handles are a lighter color and are shiny and comfortable to use. The fact that they are curved is great because that means I don’t walk into them.  The ice compartment in the freezer is great and makes plenty of ice and is easily accessible for pulling out the bucket of ice if needed. For cons, I would say a couple of things are that: it is not completely fingerprint proof, and I use a microfiber cloth often on the handled so they don’t stsin with fingerprints. Also, I had to adjust the temperature inside the refrigerator to 35° in order for the refrigerator to be cold on all of the shelves because when it was at the preset temperature of 37°, one of the lower shelves was heading towards 40° according to my thermometer. It does keep everything nice and cold which is a plus, I would also say that when you push against the dispenser for ice that you have to push fairly hard and some young kids may have trouble getting ice. Overall, I am very pleased with the refrigerator, and it was perfect for my kitchen! Best Buy delivery guys were great! Thsnk you!

I shopped around for about 6 months on line before I had narrowed it down between Home Depot and Best Buy.The Whirlpool had all the features I wanted.The ice maker and water dispenser and the ice maker on the inside door panel which gave away to more space,mind uou My old Whirpool came with the house in 2009 and I had never replaced a refrigerator.I read the reviews between the different brands and settled on the brand I already had.Boy how refrigerator features and prices have changed from 15 years ago.The bins and interior are more plastic side bins.This new model has an outside panel which is great. You also have a choice of icc cubes and amount of water distribution.I like the Large crisper bins along with the other 2.I moved my crispy bin to the middle so I don’t have to bend . The freezer also came with bins and shelves .Even though the icemaker is a little noisy,so is my A/C when it comes on.The additional expense comes with buying a water filter every 6 months to insure you getting clear and clean water. I have yet to fill up the fridge with food, but the holidays are near so I will see how much I can store with different sizes bowls and bottles.My grandson loves the features and was even showing me how to use the panel. My only cos thus far ,I have a dent at the bottom side if the freezer door,and my refrigerator door swings very wide without stoppage.Overall, it serves it’s purpose and I anticipate on it working a long time.What made me decide between the places,even though Home Depot had the better price on the Whirlpool? The answer came down to the warranty and the Geek Squad service.The service is quick,efficient and reliable when it comes to customer service.

This Whirlpool Fridge is great! It has so much room due to the deep (28.4 Cu. Ft) spacious room in both the fridge area and the freezer area. You cannot go wrong on this model as it meets all the check marks for your everyday groceries! The water dispenser & Ice machine works exactly as described. With multiple types of options/levels for both the water/ice dispenser. The on-screen controls to change all the settings are very easy to use & user friendly! My Purchase for this Appliance/Fridge was Excellent Service Provided by Best Buy & the Geek Squad Employees! They were on time, quick, smart & respectful in the way they handled & installed my new fridge. I am very glad I chose Best Buy to make my purchase! I will from here on inform everyone within my circle about the perfect experienced I had & I Recommend this service to anyone out there reading this review.
