This item continues a line of Whirlpool poor quality products that started about 20 years ago. They used to make good products, but no more. This refrigerator is so poorly designed that I fail to see how ANY licensed engineer had anything to do with it. Make sure you have a flashlight handy if you want to find anything in the freezer as there is NO light. The thermostat takes up half the space that could be used on the top shelf of the fridge. The only good thing about this is it the not the item we ordered and will be replaced with a Samsung unit in October.

Frost issues and icicles in freezer then impacted integrity and spoiled food in main compartment. Not worth the headache.

The worst delivery ever but you guys followed up and sent a second email and they made everything right but I was supposed to receive compensation for the aggravation and no one ever called me seems kind of an empty promise but the second team at least installed the machine correctly I hope you’re fired the first guys

It was loud, I could hear it all over my basement and even up on the first floor. It ran constantly 24x7. I never heard it stop in the 2 weeks I had it. Returned.
