a decent fridge nothing too special. I chose the delivery option and it came in about a week. I can’t say much about the experience of them delivering the fridge and setting it up as I was not there. The fridge had a missing cosmetic piece on the fridge on the corner that just annoys me. Also there’s no light in the freezer section of the fridge.

I’ve been trying for five weeks to get an icemaker hooked up to this refrigerator and nobody can find the right icemaker. It seems the Whirlwind schematics don’t show the correct icemaker for this refrigerator. You would think that if they are going to celebrate fridge raider they would update the information to at least show the correct icemaker that goes with the refrigerator. I have had two different icemakers that I was told would work in this refrigerator and neither one did now they’re telling me there’s a third one but, I can’t get it for three weeks or more.

We like the fridge we bought as a spare in our garage the only disappointment is it doesn’t have a light in the freezer.

Had to re-order and both Refrigerators were dented inside the door. The second delivery was not dented as bad, so I did not replace again. Same Spot. Manufacturing issue.

delivery was timely&efficient. howver today a plastic piece fell off the top right corner of tbe unit. i stuck it back on but it is not secure. please advise as to how to address this issue

Item was delivered and installed but came with 2 scratches and had glue in the seems that was visable.

Purchased this refrigerator to be located in the garage for extra refrigerator and freezer foods. Works very well, size is ideal and the glass shelves are much superior than the previous wire ones in our old unit. However whenever the refrigerator door is closed the freezer door has a tendency to pop open so the seal is not the best. We give the top an extra push after closing the bottom door.

TL:DR The refrigerator is working good overall and serving it’s purpose, it’s the service from Best Buy that is the reason for the lower rating as we got a damaged unit, more below. I probably would have rated 4-5 otherwise. We bought this refrigerator on sale for the purpose of putting in our garage. The refrigerator itself works well so far and we are pleased with it overall. My issue and reason for the 3 stars is we got a damaged one with dents and scratches on the outside and inside. It was also dirty inside with black marks. It was delivered to us and set up on time. My mistake though I did not do a good job inspecting it initially and found the damages a few hours later. I contacted Best Buy and after I sent them some pictures they compensated me for it. This is the second time I have purchased large appliances and had issues. The first time we moved into our house 2 years ago we bought a whole line for the entire house, kitchen and laundry. That was a nightmare in it’s own right dealing with Best Buy and the deliveries and the changing prices. Being a loyal Best Buy member and now Total Tech Member I took an other chance on them this time thinking it won’t be bad again but then had these issues. I’m highly disappointed that they would send something like this from the warehouse. Again, I will note Best Buy did compensate me so I am appreciative of that however this should not have occurred in the first place. This feels like the equivalent of an open box buy which I am fine with overall. I was actually looking for open box deals as well while shopping. If this was for our main refrigerator inside the house we would have sent it back and probably gone elsewhere to be honest. I don’t intend to purchase large appliances from Best Buy anymore, It’s not worth the headache and time to deal with them.

The fridge is a little smaller than I anticipated. It is quite and cools quickly. I just wish that it came with another shelf.

Smaller space then I realized, due to back area of freezer and refrigerator having an elevated beam which nothing could sit on. I didn't realize that when I looked at the model at the store. You have to make sure that the freezer door closes completely. It sounds like it's closed but when you look at the side you'll see that it's open about half an inch. Not a big deal, just have to remember to make sure the door has closed. Just to be sure, I always push on both doors to make sure they're closed. Other than that, the refrigerator chills and freezes perfectly.

I had a white fridge before and couldn't see fingerprints unless your hands were dirty. This thing shows every fingerprint! Hands clean or dirty!! Like all the storage options. All of the drawers are smaller than we had in our last fridge. Be CAREFUL to find out which way the fridge opens. When they arrived I realized that we needed the fridge to open the other way and the delivery guy said I would need to schedule a new appointment to have them come out and do that. We ended up doing it ourselves but what a pain and BAD customer service that they don't ask you about that beforehand so it can be fixed. Also, on the top of the fridge there is a black piece, then in between that and the metal is where the covering plastic cover is sealed and it's hard to get that all out. It looks tacky and the delivery guy said that it's always hard to get out - and he didn't offer to get more out - it's up to me. Overall feeling the service and product is a bit chintzy for $800+.

Great small fridge....only issue is the freezer door pops open when you open and close the bottom door. Other than that, works really well for the smaller space we have it in!

This fridge is perfect for two people reason being is that i am a family of 3. One 3 Adults. and the freezer is really small you cant really fit much in it or stock up really. But i do think its perfect for 2 people min. the fridge is small but i can work with it but the freezer i need more space. you also have to make sure and clean it every night with a good stainless steel formula so it doesn't smudge with fingerprints especially because of the way it opens.

Little plastic temp control knob on vegetable bin broker off 1st day as I was putting in vegetables. Frig works fine - not sure if freezer is cold enough for ice cream. Top shelf is a little cramped, but overall the refrig works fine. I appreciate my older larger GE.

I purchased this model in white for a rental unit, and that worked well, so I purchased another for me. Unfortunately, white wasn't available, so I bought stainless steel, which is weirdly grey (and not stainless steel) on the sides. There is no light in the freezer, and the meat drawer is quite small. The delivery guys wouldn't flip the door for me, so now I have to make another appointment. Every time I open the door, the fridge rolls forward, so that also needs fixing. It's a good fridge, but not great.

I purchased this fridge with a birthday discount. The delivery was fast and on time. The top freezer door was crooked to the left, so it caused the door difficult to open and close. Contacted Bestbuy, they sent repair personnel over, but the problem was not fixed. Got to request a replacement. The second one was arriving with no problems. The size is perfect for our need. The machine doesn’t make too much noise. The interior design is good, but the exterior looks not really good.

Fridge is decent with good interior and space. One rail on a shelf is bowed and will not allow the deli drawer to be moved. Called was told I would receive a call back, did not. Have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours and hung up on 4 times from a variety of customer service depts. Oh and Elite purchasing status obviously means nothing. Won't be next year.

You get what you pay for . not bad for the price since I use this refrigerator in Garage as extension of my kitchen fridge. No ice maker. Easy to operate Low electricity usage

Last time I buy an appliance without looking at in person. Only the front doors are stainless steel. The freezer compartment is a little small. Overall performance is good.
