Roomy inside but overall compact to fit notched out area in small house. Perfect temperature control, great sliding drawers and adjustable shelfs make this perfect for our family. The only negative is ice maker was not available for purhase due tos stocking issues.

Bought this as we needed a bit more refrigerator due to our main refrigerator being a smaller counter-depth model. This smaller unit fit into our pantry area nicely and provides the extra room we needed. Has been a positive purchase so far (month).

My icecream is very content chillin in the freezer section of my new fridge and the carrots stay the right amount of crunchiness. With this style of door, I've outsmarted my Newfoundland Registered Therapy dog, who opens doors and grabs lunch. In summary, the temperature is consistent, the handles are flexible. I'm glad I could get white. Only problem is getting the guys to remove the old one on a timely basis

We bought this item for a rental property mainly because of its price-point. So far, we’re satisfied. The only issue I would report is that the manufacturer should include the (apparently proprietary) tool that’s necessary to flip the unit’s doors from left-opening to right-opening. It would have saved us a lot of time when setting it up.

It looks small but has plenty of space inside. The middle drawer is fantastic to use for butter or other slim items as it moves freely from left to right. Can't seem to fill it up. It cools things very fast and maintains a constant temperature even when opening the door several times per hr. The only hiccup for me was trying to remove the wooden planks at the bottom.

This product works as designed. It was installed seamlessly and fits perfectly in the kitchen.

The model was in stock and promptly delivered. Setup included swapping door direction and installing ice maker - both done very well. We wanted a unit with no handles sticking out and this is perfect for that. It does make more noise than I was expecting, thus the 4 stars

It meets my needs. Plenty of storage space in the refrigerator and freezer compartment.

Works well. we did not load it with food for 24 hours prior to normal use.

Hello, In purchasing this refrigerator we experienced minor setbacks. We had to exchange twice Because of damage on the refrigerator, But through it all Customer Service was very accommodating. So far the refrigerator is doing it’s job. And I will be Buying at Best Buy in the future.

The refrigerator is attractive and works well, and I LOVE the deep vegetable drawers. Unfortunately, overall there is less useable space in it than the interior size would suggest. This is because the shelves don't go all the way to the back of the fridge (there is a couple inches of gap there) so you can't put anything against the back wall. Similarly, the freezer's back wall is designed to keep you from being able to put anything in the deepest couple of inches as well. (I presume this is so that cold air can move from the freezer to the fridge?) However, this means that you lose a bunch of potential storage space and you can't stabilize stacked items against the wall, making it hard to pile things in efficiently. Also, there are other protrusions from the ceiling of the fridge that limit one's use of the top shelf. And although the bins in the door look like they would be great for 2-liter bottles, if you want to put small items there, the space is not going to be used very efficiently.

Been finding out everything is always compromises even when it comes to kitchen appliances. Emergency need arose when our highly touted refrigerator manufacturer died after only 17 months of casual use. No amount of emails, calls, or public shaming posted on social media sites, Facebook or their web site would yield a desired fair and equitable outcome so we purchased this Whirlpool top freezer refrigerator as we've had numerous Whirlpool refrigerators previously. Decent amount of cubic footage, small enough to fit thru our 29-inch wide door opening, and refrigerates satisfactorily on it's lowest setting which is a good thing. We now have the ability to dial down temps even lower especially during Summer months when all refrigerators labor the hardest. My dislikes include the fact this Whirlpool appliance is really noisy, the front stainless steel door is already rusting, and we are continually wiping down fingerprints and smudges. Too early to determine if this Whirlpool will last a minimum of 10 years which would please us. Temperature variations are not uniform in the refrigerator compartment however we can live with this just so long as foods are not spoiled. Ice cream is rock hard in freezer compartment which is a good thing. I do wish BestBuy allowed us to include more pictures as there is much to say about this decently priced top freezer refrigerator. Other compalints include the fact there is no service manual or detailed parts listings for us homeowners who perform our own preventative maintenance and repairs.

The Whirlpool refrigerator is very sleek and stylish for the price point, and the perfect size for your limited-spaced NYC apartment. I particularly like the glass shelving for easy clean-up versus the wired shelves which you will often see for refrigerators for this size and price. It purrs like a kitten, and the minimalist controls keep the temperature just right. Only issue I've had is with Best Buy delivery and customer service. One of the plastic shelves on the door was broken when delivered (door needed to be removed to make it into the apartment). I've tried reaching out to Best Buy in person and on the phone and cannot get in touch with anyone who can help find a replacement part. Would otherwise be completely happy with the purchase.

I needed 2 refrigerator that were 28 inches wide. This model seemed to be the best for the money. No real complaint. For stainless steel, they do show a lot of finger print and hand marks. More cleaning on the outside will be needed compared to our old refrigerators being replaced. They are quiet and seem to work well. Shelving unit positions are a bit questionable. There are a bunch of options, but would benefit from a better design, including in the doors. Also changing the doors from left to right was very challenging and also could have been designed better to accomplish this more easily.

I just purchased this monochromatic stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator. You can choose from four colors. One being smudge proof. This is a top loading refrigerator. The physical design is sleek and contemporary. Mechanically Whirlpool is by far superior -- the interior is well illuminated and cools beautifully. This machine is also very quiet.

It's mostly insulation , the exterior is way less cold than my 1980's Kenmore that it replaced. i.e. More efficient. Plastic everything on the inside , mostly. I have not yet looked at the mechanical side of it . The body finish is poor, loose sharp folds on the corners where the steel covers the insulation. It is not too heavy. From reading the mechanics reviews , repairs should not be that hard. Everything is accessible. The fridge has a digital push button control with four settings of temp. The Freezer has a rotary control knob , old school. NO ice maker. Less trouble. It seems O.K. to us after a few weeks of operation . Next to no compressor noise . Easy to wipe clean . There is a nice even chill in the fridge compartment. We are still setting the temp to suit our needs. For two people it's just right in capacity. third week of ownership.

This is a great and modern looking fridge. It's somewhat quiet however is every spacious for a family of four. Only thing i don't like is the fridge door is hard to open, it gets stuck.

I originally purchased a larger refrigerator, but it just wouldn't fit up my stairs. Got this as a replacement. Nice sleek design. Although, make sure you have plenty of "stainless steel" cleaner, as this does show finger prints quite easily. Keeps everything quite cold, and the LED lighting is nice and bright.
