The products come without a serial number.
Best Buy sold me this product without a serial number! After 6 months the oven failed. I contacted Whirlpool and they denied service when their technician showed up to my house because they said the item had no serial # on the unit! I had to pay $250 out of my pocket to the technician to get it fixed. When I contacted Best Buy to get a refund I was denied because they said is a Whirlpool issue! This is the worst buying experience I have ever had.

Simple and small.
It's a solid electric stove without many bells and whistles. Very solid build, should last a long time.
