Bought this same washing machine again after using it on our family of four for four years, about 10-15 loads of laundry a week. The spinner broke and replacing it cost less than repairing it. Would highly recommend again though! It cleans our clothes well and doesn’t get gunk buildup on the machine like our front load washer did. It is also a large capacity for smaller depth spaces. *Side Note: unless you can keep it behind a closed door when running, it might be a little loud inside a house.

I have had this washer about one month and have washed approximately 20 loads. The machine is 100% analog. No electronic key pads to be a maintenance headache. A washing cycle takes about 50 minutes which is pretty much the norm now. During the wash cycle it makes a noise similar to a busy signal. Not bothersome, but it is not not silent. A good washer for the price. The Best Buy install was quick and trouble free.

This is a nice machine. Our second Whirlpool, the first one lasted 20 years with minimal repairs. I was a bit surprised by the whole HE thing, but it turns out that all the detergent is HE compatible anyway. I miss being able to rinse out my detergent cup under the running water. You also can't set your temperature from the water taps, so just set them all the way open. It looks more difficult to repair than the old models. Be aware that the lid is huge, and you need more clearance than the older machines need. I like this machine better than most of the competition.
