Purchasing and delivery waiting (brought wrong cooktop, rescheduled again after that!) was ridiculous! Customer service from Best Buy was despicable! Will think over x10 before buying from there again and I have been a loyal customer.

Ever since this cooktop has been installed, it has never worked properly. I have to make sure it is locked after use or it will randomly turn on and cycle through different temperatures. Today i came into the kitchen to start dinner and burned myself pretty badly. Although the cooktop is locked, the warmzone burner is on and the light that shows it is HOT is not illuminated. I was wiping down the stove before cooking and surprise the burner is registering over 300 degrees! Im lucky no one set any paper on the stove or it would have burned the house down.
