Just got the unit and it looks beautiful. Everything seems to be OK except the center burner doesn’t really look right. The flame comes up as a big blob so I don’t know if it’s a defect or what. But I don’t like it.

I love the style of it, especially the 5 burners on the stove top. The oven works great too with many features including convection bake/roast. The oven controls are touch screen and are very sensitive to touch. I frequently have to clean or wipe down the panel that contains the touch controls and wiping over the touch pad seems to make future use of the touch controls very difficult. And sometimes, I won't even touch any of the controls at all, yet something has been triggered. Not sure what to do about this yet.

Like my new oven but the electronics quit within a few months and thankful for warranty. Repaired within a week but that meant no oven for a week. The front jobs are so sensitive a light brush turns on the gas unnoticed. Have come in after several hours and smell gas. Not safe. And high gas bill for nothing. Kind of miss the old models without all the bells and whistles.

Hot air blows out of the top of the range when the oven is on so your poor handles get hot. Takes a long time to preheat.

Don't know. The stove was delivered with parts missing. one month later we still have not received the missing parts. it took them one month just to order the parts from Whirlpool. Why? I don't know. I have called and was repeatedly told they were sorry but no explanation.

I've only had the range for 7 months and realized 3 months in that there was a potential problem. I noticed that the oven wouldn't keep the correct date and time for some reason. I adjusted it after noticing and thought nothing else about it but it has happened twice. The date reflects a date in January 2019 and the time is off. Can someone from Best Buy or Whirlpool respond with some potential solutions or assistance with a resolution? I believe that the oven is still under warranty if it was purchased in late April of this year and delivered to me in May.

The range is really nice, very intelligent. The issue we had was the oven pilot light stopped working after one month. Very disappointing.

Dishwasher doe not seem to clean very well installer did not do a great job on installing the bottom cover plate missing a connecting screw on the right side and is loose.

Stove top is good size. Not a fan of the oven. It doesn't seem to cook at the correct temperature and the convection doesn't seem to do anything. Biggest issue is that there is a high pitch noise that the gas line emits and it freaks out my dog every time I use the oven.
