Since installation 10 months ago, the oven smokes, burns. The airfry features don’t work. The stove top was ruined the first day by *PLACING* a pot on the burner for which BestBuy gave me an immediate $75 off to keep it. I had to buy a silicone cover to keep on it because cleaning the surface constantly is a pain. I’ve hated every minute I’ve owned this piece of junk but the thought of fighting with Whirpool or BestBuy to replace it was more stress than I could handle so I sucked it up. Until last night. I turned on the oven to 425 degrees and within a few minutes my head started aching and I smelled STRONG CHEMICAL GAS FUMES!! From an electric oven in an all electric house! I had to immediately turn off the oven, open all the windows and doors in 31 degree weather and wait for my headache and increasing nausea to subside. My puppy took longer to feel better and still isn’t himself today. DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE!!!

Range might be good, to early to tell, BUT do not buy from Best Buy. It has been a cluster and you cannot call the store, the national calling center transfers you multiple times and after 40 mins had to go to the store. Worst thing i have seen a corporation do, not allow you to call a store
