As much as I loved this oven, it did not sit flush against the wall. I never thought to check the back of the oven when I purchased it. All electric ovens (including Whirlpool) have a recess straight across the back. Which means no matter where your electric outlet is, it will fit flush. This particular oven has a plate in the center and that was where my outlet was. I even had an electrician come out but it would have been too big of a job. With that being said, I returned it for a Whirlpool oven with the same features, only it is not a double one.

Beautiful but the elements stopped working at year two. Best Buy's warranty missed two appointments and gave zero resolutions to the issue other than asking me to miss a third day of work. Best Buy has failed me and my family. We have a non-working range that we purchased a warranty for. The warranty is worthless as Best Buy can't get anyone out to reliable to come to assess what is wrong with it, let alone repair it. Definitely can't get Best Buy to replace it and they will not provide the number for the warranty company.

the knobs are difficult to select a temp especially between the off and hi or off and low. can never tell where it is set. i also wanted an induction cook top which the salesperson said this was...it is not

I researched and studied forever. I want to love it.. I don’t. The burners take forever to get get hot, because of the energy save, the ovens are not airtight, and the glass top is the most difficult I have ever cleaned. I’m not an inexperienced cook, and this isn’t my first time using a smooth tip stove. Won’t be buying another like this again.

We had a glass top prio to this purchase and it lasted 20 years. We received this and noticed a scratch on the burner thankfully was able to exchange it within best buy return window. New one came and 3 months later out of return window already have another scratch. Pans are the same we used in the old galss top and in between use we protect it with a silicone cover.

This range has a lot of features that I was looking for but the quality is definitely lacking. I owned Samsung before and there is no comparison. The top scuffed just moving the fry pan from one burner to another within the first few days of using it. Disappointing.

Built very poorly! The adjustable plastic legs on the bottom of stove bent the thin metal that holds them in place when sliding into position. Also, there is no area in the back to accommodate for the plug. Had to cut a hole in the wall to make it work.

Installed 1-Nov-2011. Due to convection electical connection, range sticks out further than expected. It's OK. Range top function is excellent. Controls take time to figure out - not as intuitive as could be. Convection fan makes more noise than expected and runs a bit even when not on convection mode. Take and bake pizza, family size, fits in oven but burns the back really, really bad. Entire pizza is bad. Tried a couple of different things. It's not up against the back, so don't understand why it burns (in main, lower oven). Cleaning for first time today. Can't see how 16 oz distilled water would fit in bottom of main oven per steam clean directions. Since a few things have burned in top and bottom ovens, we are not happy with this oven. Can't seem to get it to work well with convection off, which most recipes are written for. Have not found any advantage to convection. Would not buy that feature if had to do it over again.

I was initially very pleased with this unit, which we purchased in November 2020. However, the plastic handle on the top oven broke when we tried to move the oven away from the wall.
