Amazing Size, temperatures are perfect. Measured with a Fluke IR thermometer to be perfectly at 37°F, and sub-30°F in the pull-out freezer. Well built, stainless finish is beautiful. Tons of space in the fridge half, with modular space to fit almost anything. Massive upgrade compared to a 25 year old fridge. No complaints on this, its practical, spacious, and an amazing cost-efficent and very quiet.

After a lengthy search, this Whirlpool bottom-freezer refrigerator has been a perfect fit for my kitchen. I was set on a bottom-freezer design after growing tired of bowing down to reach vegetable drawers in my previous top-freezer model. My second major challenge was size. My kitchen niche is only 69 inches tall and 33 inches wide, which eliminated many of today's larger refrigerators. This Whirlpool model fit the space flawlessly, both in its dimensions and its intelligent layout. A month in, I couldn't be happier. Its performance is silent and reliable. The SpillGuard glass shelves are as practical as they are stylish, making everything easy to see and reach. I've been pleasantly surprised by the spacious door shelves, which comfortably hold a six-pack or a half-gallon of milk. We also love the ice maker. It produces nice, clear oval cubes. Note that this model doesn't have a built-in water filter, but we easily solved that by installing a $40 in-line filter. Overall, this is a highly functional, well-designed refrigerator that I highly recommend

A little early to rate this. Ask me 6 months from now. A year even. But so far we're happy with the product. Great size. Versatile shelving. Like how the shelves are completely changeable. Our previous fridge had the same capability, but less movable shelves. The noises this makes takes a little getting use to. Hopefully these noises are normal. Everything is cold or frozen as they should be. Nice looking fridge. Not the color we wanted, but because of the lack of product available (because of covid-19) and not wishing to wait months for the color/finish we wanted, we picked the stainless steel.

After a tireless search for a bottom freezer refrigerator, we decided on this Whirlpool 21.9 cu. ft. So happy with our purchase! I have owned a bottom freezer refrigerator for 30 years, both french door & traditional. This one is replacing a french door bottom freezer refrigerator which I never liked. I am sure there are different kitchen situations that might benefit from french doors but for everyone else you will quickly realize 2 doors makes it a 2 handed job 99% of the time. Rarely do you ever not open both doors. One door equals one hand opening which is great when putting things into the fridge, Love it! This one is so spacious! While searching we got really caught up in some of the features of other refrigerators that cost double the price. Very happy with our purchase and glad that I didn't have to spend $3000-$4000 for it!

I have waited to review this Whirlpool refrigerator for a few months. We love it - lots of room, quiet and so much easier to access. Love the fridge on the top and the freezer on the bottom. We are in the fridge part much more than the freezer so you are not bending down all the time. We chose the black color and it has the dull shine (not like the shiny plastic look). Very happy.

Overall, delivery went well, no damage to the product. The fridge got down to temp fairly quickly once installed. I opted out of using the ice maker, but it was easy to turn off. Lighting is good and both the fridge door and freezer door have a good seal when closed. My only complaint is that occasionally when I open the freezer door, I'll end up pulling the whole fridge out of place instead of opening the door. Maybe there's something I can do to prevent it from sliding on the hard floor, but I haven't looked into it.

Pleased with the purchase, especially since I was confined by the size of the refrigerator. Ice maker works well, and top refrigerator space is generous. Would prefer a separate butter dish but workable. Best Buy delivery was wonderful. I did notice a chipped vegtable bin the day after delivery, called Whirlpool and they sent a new bin within a week. All good.

After much research and comparisons we settled on this whirlpool and couldn’t be happier. We needed to replace our decades old fridge that was freezing our produce. There is a surprising amount of room, we can fit 6 gallons of milk on one 1/2 shelf. The door shelves are very roomy and convenient. The freezer holds a large amount of frozen foods. We didn’t like the dividers in the freezer that it came with, but we easily took out the baskets and removed them. All we needed was a flat head screwdriver and they popped right off. We read reviews that said it was loud when it runs. We found that when standing next to the fridge when it’s running is 45 db. Our only complaint is the door swings completely open unless your holding onto it.

Very happy with it. We had the same on in a different color before this one. We changed to the Stainless steel. I like the sides on the outside of the fridge. They are textured and do not show fingerprints. Love it! Our old one had the door for a freezer. This one has the slide out basket. Getting used it it. Ice maker works great!

Customers don't just walk past this refrigerator and not give a 2nd look! If you might be dealing with a space issue (especially Width), please check this baby out! It's bigger than you think!!! All of these refrigerators will have you looking for freezer space, especially if you're coming from a regular old up & down one, but we have always kept a deep freezer in home. (Replaced deep freezer too) I have taken pictures to show you! Shelves are great & sturdy. You can adjust them. Temperature is steady. I keep thermostats in there because I have Multiple Sclerosis medicine that has to stay in the refrigerator ($10,000 a month medicine), so when my old refrigerator started failing, of course i was loosing my mind! The Best Buy Appliance Associates were AWESOME (Adrein & Jailen), and the Bestbuy Delivery team was FANTASTIC! (Jamal) They were responsible on my property, respectful when I requested them to wear a mask inside, & knowledgeable about the refrigerator. I will keep everyone updated if anything changes! :) The dishwasher came a few days later!

we bought this open boxed for $600 off normal price, because someone didn’t like a few minor scratches. as long as it works i don’t really care. but it didn’t come fully stocked. i am very sad. there’s nothing to eat in it.

It's the exact size for a garage refrigerator, very good product and good communication regarding shipping, and even though I bought the display unit, it's like new.

I’ve owned this fridge for almost 2 months and am pleased with my decision. The fridge part has lots of room. I do like the freezer storage drawers. It is a little small but I do prefer the larger fridge space. It’s very quiet and has good rubber seals. It’s very hard to open the doors once you’ve opened them. I’ve learned to be more mindful of that.

After my French door refrigerator died, I decided I wanted a freezer on bottom 2 door. The freezer holds a lot and even full size pizzas! The top is very roomy and so well lit. I absolutely love my Whirlpool refrigerator.

Best value in a sleek fridge! Wanted a bottom freezer and no junk built into the door! This fridge is perfect and works great. Best story- had a storm knock the power out the week after we got it. Our ice cubes in our unopened freezer were still solid after 17 hrs!!! That is a quality freezer!

The fridge is amazing for what I need. It’s spacious and I like the fact that I can adjust the shelves for what I want. As well as the many options for the shelves on the door. The ice maker is an added benefit as we tend to go through a lot of ice in our house.

Purchased this bottom freezer Whirlpool from Best Buy and we are very glad with our decision. We love everything about this unit! The delivery was very smooth and the man delivering was just wonderful, We will definitely be getting our next appliance from Best Buy!

It’s very spacious compared to the fridge we had. Lighting is excellent. The ice make makes lots of ice. There is a compartment for literally every thing ranging from fruits and veggies, eggs, y’all and short bottles etc.
