First refrigerator arrived with a warped refrigerator door or a defective seal and did not seal completely. The installer didn't connect the water line nor did he level the refrigerator. Called Best Buy and they quickly arranged delivery of a replacement fridge. When the 2nd one arrived, the front right wheel was missing. Fortunately we were able to take one off the the previous fridge and complete the install. Very disappointed in Whirlpool quality. This is not the first Whirlpool product I own or have purchased but it WILL be the last!

Compresser died on us in less than two and a half years. Whirlpool refused to replace it because we had had a local technician come by to diagnose the problem, and they claimed he voided our warranty -- instead, the person they sent charged us $135 for the visit and left us with a fridge that's still completely busted. Suffice to say, we now must buy a new one (which, after this experience, will NOT be a Whirlpool). Even before the compressor died, its ice maker was a constant source of frustration, sometimes randomly spitting out cubes which we would then find melting on our kitchen floor, or occasionally just not making ice for weeks at a time before then suddenly working again for no discernable reason. Water stains quickly collected under the dispenser due to it dripping when we were away. Also, the "fingerprint-resistant" stainless steel door was anything but, which meant that in a household with small children, we found ourselves constantly wiping it off. That said, we did like the layout of the shelves and there was plenty of space. The pizza pocket was cool. But overall, not the best fridge experience.

We were so disappointed with this fridge that we returned it after 1 week and chose a new one. The compressor was extremely loud (like you could hear it in other rooms loud) and it ran a lot. The drawers don't glide so as soon as something is in them they are impossible to move. The ice dispenser randomly dropped half melted ice cubes onto the floor. The water dripped down the front. None of the shelves are adjustable, which seemed ok until it wasn't. What we like about this fridge is that we don't have it anymore! We love our new, new fridge!

This is the loudest fridge I've ever heard. Doesnt make much ice either. The drawers guides do not exist. If you pull the middle drawer the cover will come with it. I do like the size and the brightness of the light. On other hand I'm a little irritated with best buys installers. The managed to scratch up my paint and drywall during the exchange. Unit looks nice and good amount of space. However fan constantly runs

Storage is good. Looks great. Problem is it is really noisy. It's in cooling mode more often than not so you won't have peace and quiet in your living room if you have an open floor plan.

My trusty Frigidaire Icemaker died - WAY expensive to fix. This Whirlpool had a "New Take" on through the door water and ice. I fell for it. really ejects ice All Over the place, water ok. Refrig side has VERY FEW shelf configurations - maddening. Three sliding drawers not easy to use (scrape in and out). Stainless steel FRONT, but sides are painted GRAY! This is a very cheap shot that begs for buyers who buy in a hurry based on PRICE, and don't REALLY check it out! Also, entire unit is a bit 'racked' - tops of doors and handles don't meet evenly. A very sorry buy indeed.

We have several issues with the refrigerator. First it was damaged in shipping when delivered. We went ahead and excepted delivery. With the promise it could be replaced with another refrigerator. In the first week of use the ice maker in the door clogged and wouldn't dispense ice. After getting the clog cleared it started leaking water from the ice maker. Since we were going to replace it anyway we decided to switch to a different manufacturer. That was a customer service nightmare. It took over 5 hours of hold time over several days to order the new refrigerator. Not happy with Bestbuy.

The refrigerator does what is expected in keeping things cold however there is a HORRIBLE design flaw with the ice maker. When dispensing ice, ice gets trapped between the inner ice tray and the dispenser, melts and drops on your floor. This results in constant puddled on your floor and is very annoying. I really expect more from a whirlpool appliance.

Ice maker made a few cubes and stopped working, had warranty repair man, unfroze line “said maybe manufacturing debris was in the line,” made 1 bucket of ice and stopped working again! Call for another repair!

The film they wrap the frig in is horrible! Spent hours so far trying to get it all off without scratching it up. Still not all off!! The water dispenser ALWAYS drips water down the frig when you use it.

We bought and returned this fridge in less than a week of owning it. I have always had good luck with whirlpool appliances, but the noise was ridiculous. The only time it was quiet was when the refrigerator doors were open.

Overall I liked the refrigerator, the week I had it, but it was noisy so I returned it. You could hear it running loudly and it would turn off when you opened it. If you don’t mind a noisy fridge, it’s great.

I thought it would be more open with more space. It is deep but can be difficult to get to things.

Holds plenty but is extremely loud all the time I do not recommend

Not sure I should even give it a fair at this time as the compressor went out just after 30 days. Waiting for it to be repaired. Good thing I kept my old refrigerator.

One thing we did not like is that the freezer constantly freezes the ice so Much that it constantly gets stuck. Decent fridge if your on a budget but the freezing of ice would be a deal breaker for me
