Now in use for 2 1/2yrs and while it gets extra points for lasting longer than my previous refrigerator (lg), there are a few things here and there that take a star away. The door bins aren’t as tough as they should be - the gallon bin broke in the 1st month (cost $103 to replace it), the small bin in the left door cracked last august but not broken so I haven’t replaced it yet. I attribute the cracks/breaks to the limited space between bins but it could also be that my children are careless wonders in the kitchen. My other issue is the veggie/fruit bins don’t close tight enough, leaving gaps all around the drawer rim allowing main compartment air to flow in/out, which turns some produce bad much faster than it should. I like the drawer bin, it chills water & sodas perfectly ice cold. I do not like the plastic separators, they do their job just not well enough to like them. The freezer stores a lot of food, we love the double drawers, pizza bin in drawer pull & ice cream bin in the base! All very well thought out. Oh & I can’t forget to mention that the ice maker is Super Loud! I can’t hear the TV all the way in the living room when someone is getting ice in the kitchen - it is that loud. It’s a good thing it is quick at dropping ice or this thing would have been gone in the first week. This is a great refrigerator, the things I mentioned above are minor by comparison and why I only took away 1star. I’m still happy with my purchase, thanks BestBuy and Whirlpool.

After a ton of research, we finally decided on this whirlpool model - here’s our primary reasons: - Size / Capacity - Organizational features (shelves drawers & compartments) - Brand matching our other kitchen appliances We’ve had it now for 3 weeks - took a few days to get used to it (kinda different than our previous side-by-side). We like almost everything about it. One thing will probably take more time getting used to - single dispenser for water and ice. It doesn’t have a default auto reset to water. One person takes ice - forgetS to change it back to water. Next person wants water - doesn’t realize its on ice and drops a bunch of unwanted ice. Whirlpool - if you are reading - please consider putting an auto-reset-to-water-after-few-minutes! Should be an easy software update.

Beautiful and sleek. Slightly noisy ice refill, but otherwise has a quiet hum. Well appointed, lots of room inside. The middle pull out drawer allows for quick access for drinks. I like all the drawers in the freezer but the are not very deep so it limits what I can store there.

This purchase was done the end of January which means we have had the refrigerator about 1 month. We had the French 3 door style and wanted to try something different with a new 4 door one. We were looking for a month before buying as the old one had to be serviced. Refrigerators are low in stock due to COVID, and we had not seen this model but wanted American made - had NOT read any reviews. So far we are very pleased with the new configuration of drawers and especially like the 3 layer freezer at the botton as there is no digging deep to find anything. The ICE maker has preformed well and goes into the glass. It refills a bit louder than our old one but very managable. The delivery men wetre extremely nice and helpful. It arrived dented in the front, calls rwere made to replace it on back order. The person who did the replacement info was very helpful also. When the doors get replaced in April it is possible to be 5 STAR!

The refrigerator is a good size for our family of 5. We like that you can see everything when you open the doors. Not too much gets “buried” like in our old side by side. The extra middle drawer we use for healthy snacks and the small slide compartment inside is good to have for block cheeses and things of that nature. The measured water dispenser is terrific and we use it more than we thought we would. One of the complaints we read was regarding the amount of ice it makes. So far we’re okay on that end. We even had a dinner party of 12. Now for the cons: the freezer compartment isn’t as big as We were hoping. Although the 3rd pull out drawer is helpful it makes the other 2 drawers not as deep, so we can’t freeze as much as we wanted to. The ice cube/water dispenser is on the noisy side as it shift between functions. Overall, we’re glad we purchased this this refrigerator. Definitely a great upgrade.

The freezer design has much more space in it than you think it does. The sliding tray system helps keep frozen foods from getting lost. The refrigerator drawer works great for snacks and grab and go items for kids (like juice boxes and cheese sticks). Only con is the ice and water dispenser is rather noisy and the tough screen requires real pressure to trigger it.

Bought this fridge when we moved and we are really enjoying it. Definitely recommend buying. It’s spacious and the ice machine is great. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it takes a little effort to push the the water/ice dispenser. My last one I could leave the cup under it and it would stay flowing. This one requires you to push the cup against the lever with a little more force.

Just have for less than a week. First impressions. It works. Based on some reviews, that is a miracle. Like decision of 4th drawer. Previous fridge required opening both doors to get to cheese drawer wasting all kinds of energy. Water dispensor has shelf but no drain Bad idea

We have had this fridge for just a few weeks now, but we have not had any problems and are overall satisfied with our purchase. We did extensive research prior to buying and felt this size, make, and model was the best option out there for the price. There were other reviews that mentioned issues with the lighting inside the fridge and/or the water leaking. We have not experienced any of those issues. Our only qualm has been adjusting to the drawers/spaces in this new fridge and struggling to figure out where to place all of our containers. I feel that would be the case with any fridge, though. Also, we did purchase the 3yr extended warranty, so that has given us piece of mind as well. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

After our Samsung Side by Side Compressor went out in less than two years, we decided to stay away from Samsung and LG on our replacement. Have had the new fridge for about a month. Fridge space is very good. The fruit & vegetable bins are smaller than my previous one but still adequate for the two of us. Love the drawer for meats and cheeses. The freezer drawer is large on the bottom and I like the slot for the frozen pizza boxes. I'm considering removing the top tray in the freezer so the other one can be used for larger items. Ice cubes are small and melt quickly, but still adequate. The refrigerator is very quiet except when the ice maker is filling and the ice cube is cycling. Absolutely no fingerprints on the door, love this! I would purchase it again.

Have been happy with my purchase of this fridge. Lots of storage space in upper compartment. Like the separate pullout drawer for meats and cheese storage. Wish the freezer was a bit bigger and without the slide out drawers. I think it is the same with most bottom freezers. Fridge does lose some cooling quickly when doors open. Wish it had a visible current temp in the fridge unit.

Love this fridge and price compared to comparable models. Interior is well designed and access to filters is easy. My issues are with water/ice dispenser. 1) Ice dispenser seems louder than my 20 year old fridge, which is a bit weird, but a minor issue. 2) Water spout is considerably more forward (toward you) than the ice dispenser. For example, as you get ice, then hit the button to get water, the water can (and almost always) hits the outside of the glass and bounces out. You have to remember the two different positions for ice and water, even though you use the same lever to dispense either 3) Buttons aren't clearly delineated so sometimes you have to push around to find the actual button. Even knowing that, it still doesn't always depress properly.

I replaced a 15 year old Kenmore refrigerator. I like the added space - the contents of the Kenmore seem to vanish inside this huge refrigerator. The THREE storage drawers in the freezer make organizing food easy.

Great freezer organization. The drawers and shelves make fridge space seem endless. The ice maker and water are easy to use and easy to change the filter. The French doors save space in the kitchen when door is open.

Hmmm, this one is going to be difficult. I love this fridge. Hubby, not so much :( First off, let me start by saying that Best Buy customer service is beyond compare. The sales people are very friendly and not pushy. The delivery crew were fantastic. The first refrigerator delivered had a defective left door. No problem, the replacement was ordered and delivered within weeks. The second fridge, was perfect. Or so we thought, but it hums and it hums loudly! We have a replacement on the way, so I will update this review. I personally like how deep and roomy it is, and so bright on the inside. There is more than enough space to keep everything we buy on our weekly grocery run. Just the buzzing and humming sounds are annoying as long as you are in the kitchen and the lower living area.

We love this fridge, it is large, and deep. It looks great in our kitchen. Was super expensive so only time will tell if it was a good value, but so far, so good.

First time we have purchased a fridge with French doors. LOVE the concept. This model has drawers to keep all items organized. I’m one of those that likes to have foods in categories (for easy access) & have to be able to see what’s inside. If My family can’t see it then it goes bad. Love everything about this beautiful fridge...except that the water dispenser turns off when a door or drawer is opened. A definite purchase.

Just bought this fridge after owning another whirlpool gold fridge for 10 years. Love the look of this and the stainless is much more easy to maintain and clean than our earlier version. I love the additional drawer feature especially! I am not a huge fan of the water dispenser however. Our last model had a rotating water nozzle for larger cups. This one is static and the water dispensing button is a bit difficult to push. We’ve had a number of drips and spills trying to get accustomed with the new set up. It’s not nearly as user-friendly. Overall no regrets on this purchase!

This refrigerator hold an amazing amount of stuff! It is planned out fantastic. The hardware and quality does not feel flimsy. Many of the other models the drawers bent and flexed when opening. The build quality is very nice. It is the same model sold as Kitchen Aide. The only difference is handles. This is a great buy!
