I am writing to you all to let you know why I will never buy anything but Whirlpool. If you have a LG or thinking LG because if their “ fake reviews” stay away. How does spending $3500 for a NEW refrigerator in 2016 sound and then in 2018 having the compresor go out, paying $1000 to replace it then having it go out again in 2020 and again loosing $300 plus of food and being told by LG that they would only cover the part and spend $700.00 again. I literally have no patience for a company that refuses to honor their 10 year sealed unit warranty in full and took 14 days to finally show up at my house to tell m le I would still owe 700: their repairman said “ I don’t recommend LG Samsung or GE they are full of issues and mask the poor quality with trendy looks and gimmicks in the refrigerators. Before buying the Lg I had a WHIRPOOL for 12 years before selling our home and leaving that fridge behind and had to buy new when we moved to the new home. Was fooled by their reviews. If you look up Linear compressors you will find out why I’m so mad about that experience. I just spent another big chunk on this Whirlpool and will only buy their refrigerators! It works perfect, is functional and has no nonsense!

I have had the fridge for 2 months now and I love it. The middle drawer is amazing and the having 3 levels in the freezer provides a lot is space and organization. There several other hidden compartments. Lots is space in the doors. The only con is that the ice makes on the fridge doesn’t make a lot of ice. But that is ok for us we only have 2 people in our household. But I think this could be an issue for a large family. Otherwise this is a great fridge. With plenty of space.

Love the bright LED lights, how spacious it is and the middle external drawer for quick access. I even found an extra storage space a couple weeks after I bought it. Have not needed to push back shelf for tall stuff yet but a great idea! Love the in door water and ice maker. However the measure for auto fill does not seem to update when I change the setting. Note: I know its a little big for our space but our last one was cabinet depth and I hated it. You could not fit celery in either crisper.

It is expensive, but we like everything about it. Having owned a Samsung for 10 years made of plastic parts and constantly breaking down, I decided to buy American made. Notice the drawer slides, shelf surrounds and brackets are steel, not plastic. No fingerprints, great ice maker, holds a LOT of food, not noisy (but not silent). I put all bottles and condiments in the doors. That works for us. We use the separate drawer for drinks and I can stack them two high. Love the THREE pullout drawers in the freezer. Easy to replace the water filter, which requires removing shelves in a Samsung! Big frozen pizza storage area. 8 interior LED lights. I like the ice maker in the left door, freeing up the shelf to use. I even like the size of the ice. The water dispenser works fine for us - no problems missing the cup. It could not be designed better for our needs. Fingers crossed it is reliable for years.

Our main concern was about the noise & ice! Happy to say the refrigerator is not noisy & the ice maker makes great ice! Very roomy & user friendly!

This unit replaced a 16-year-old Kenmore side-by-side ( I sold it and it’s still going strong!) I cannot think of any negatives about this refrigerator...we absolutely love it! So quiet and high tech... I especially like the refrigerated drawer and the led lighting, air filter and produce preserver. Truly is a Beautiful Giant!

Great refrigerator. A bit noisy but overall, a very nice refrigerator. It has tons of space available, especially in the freezer section.

I like this frig and have more pictures to share if anyone wants to see them. The inside is roomy and well organized. I love that the bottom shelf is see through so you can see what is in the extra drawer. There are sliding doors for the veggies in the large portion, three crispers so you can store like items together. I also like the smaller sliding drawers that provide extra space for butters, cheeses, etc. I was worried about loosing door space because of the indoor ice maker, but I will say that the room you gain back in the frig is more than was lost in that space. There is plenty of door space on the right side as I find that the door shelves are deeper than my side by side so I am not sure if I am even losing door space after all. I will say that the extra drawer will be nice to have the snack items that we use most often. The refrigerator is quiet when not making ice. When making ice, there is a whirling sound that lasts under a minute. We have only had it under a week, so perhaps the compressor gets worn and begins to make more noise. The one issue I can see is possibly the ice maker not being big enough when we have company, perhaps would have been nice to have a second ice maker in the bottom... but there are just two of us on a day to day basis, even in the hot week we have just had, we have not run into a problem. I figure I can always invest in an additional small counter icemaker for the few times a year we have company. I also have a problem with the ice/water dispenser. The design is not a good one and now I see why other models had two dispensers This model has one dispenser and for some reason, Whirlpool aligned the water spigot forward of the ice dispenser. So if you are filling a cup with water, you need to watch the dispensing to make sure that the water goes in your glass. Just look closely in the show room and you will see how there could be a problem. Additionally, for some reason (maybe the ice tub is over sized) the crushed ice function seems to go all over the place. If someone has a solution to this, I would love to have it! :-) Again, the cons don't outweigh the pros in my opinion. Time will tell, but I like the space, organization and what seems like endless amount of room compared to what I am used to in my old side by side.

This refrigerator replaces a 14 year old side by side Kenmore. The fridge seems fairly well built and looks very nice in our home. We've had it for about 2-3 weeks and it is working fine so far. PROS: Very nice looking, Lots of space! - freezer is deceivingly larger than it looks, quiet while running, well-lit interior, middle drawer is nice feature, finger print resistant (mostly correct), easy to use controls. CONS: Water dispenser nozzle is a bit too far forward towards the front of the door making it difficult to use small cups, water will drip a few times after you get water (not much and it is only after we use the water dispenser-nut not desirable), our fridge has a small dent in the upper left hand door (looks like a small pressure dent) although this is hard to see - installer stated he would note this and we would be contacted about this issue, but of course we have not been contacted as of yet - looks like we will have to follow up, OVERALL: The fridge itself, while not perfect, is very nice and we would buy again. The dent we have in ours is not the fault of the fridge so I didn't deduct any stars for that. Time will tell how well it holds up.

This fridge was back ordered but It was worth the wait. The amount of shelf space and storage is much better than our old side by side. It looks empty even though there is plenty of food. Getting a similar arrangement in counter depth would have been perfect. This ice maker is louder when dumping the freshly made ice, but the fridge is very quiet the rest of the time. The only thing that we don’t like is that you have to open both doors to open the center drawer, and that it is difficult to store a gallon of milk in the door with all three shelves. We took out the upper shelf and now our little ones can easily get the milk. The water filter is great, I no longer need a brita. Our old fridge water tasted like plastic.

Great fridge! Love all of the smaller organization drawers. The ice machine is on the loud side when dispensing, but that's a small detail as the door ice container allows for so much room inside the fridge. Wish Whirlpool would work with Zero Water to add an up-price option for Zero filters for the water/ice dispenser. The installation team (Hector and Joshua) was on time, knowledgeable, and aware of Covid-19 expectations. They deserve a raise.

First off - IT IS BIG! This thing fully fills the space in our kitchen, but it looks great. Everything works perfectly. The coolest thing is all the various ways you can configure how you want to use the space. I didn't think the extra pull-out drawer/door was going to be needed, but we find it to be the most convenient feature overall. We also really like the ice maker size and ability to do so much on the door unit without opening the fridge. There are lots of neat features that make this more than just a refrigerator. It is definitely worth checking out.

We debated between this fridge and LG brand and went with this one for the fact that Whirlpool gets great reviews and there was a lot of comments about LG compressors that scared us off from buying an LG. We wanted something with a second drawer for the fridge part and it has been better than we thought it would be. You can put all of your items in both the drawer and top part and still have plenty of space and see everything you have without burying it behind something. The only negative that I have (others have commented on this) is the ice maker is a little loud and doesn't make a lot of ice, but so far we haven't run out. If we are going to have need for extra ice for a get together, then we will take the ice out and put it in a container and then let the ice maker make more ice. My wife and I are both extremely glad we bought this and would highly recommend this. It was more than we originally wanted to spend (around $3000.00 with additional 3 year Best Buy warranty), but it is well worth it. The delivery was only two days after we bought the fridge and the delivery and set-up was great!!

The layout of really good. It’s nice and bright inside. The extra drawer for the refrigerator section is wonderful. I love being able to open just that and get my most commonly used things. Freezer has plenty of space. The only thing about it that I would do differently is have a second ice maker for the freezer. Our old LG had this and was very handy but LG is crap and can’t keep compressors working longer than a couple of years.

Oh, my gosh, I thought one could only fall in love with people until we purchased this. We had three fridges we were looking at and though this one was more expensive than the others we are so glad we purchased this one. This is what we love about this fridge: The control panel you can check the temp, lock out the water for small children, choose half moon ice (love that), ice chips or water, plus you can choose the amount of water with the push of a button (you want just 8 oz set it and let it do its thing) the led lights inside are wonderful, the ice holder is in the door so you have more room in the fridge. The organization inside the fridge is to die for. Drawers, adjustable shelves and even a shelf that move back to allow for taller items. We thought the door with the ice would be heavy but it is not. There is a middle drawer between the fridge doors and the freezer. 3 separate areas and great for putting items you use regularly so you don't have to open the whole fridge. Think fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese, butter, cream cheese and yogurt for quick grab and go items. The freezer, has two drawers, they are slim but we liked that so things aren't toppling behind the drawers. There is even a pizza slot in the front but we use it for ice packs. This fridge is quiet which is a bonus. I can't say enough great things from the time we purchased this, the delivery and set up, it was all so streamlined. Granted we have only had this for a few weeks but so far we are extremely happy and so glad we have this in our home.

This fridge has great storage space and lots of flexibility in configuring the shelves. We have a very tight space and this fridge was one of the only large capacity refrigerators that would fit. The zero clearance hinges on the doors means they can clear a very tight space when opening. The separate pantry door works great for meat and cheese and keeps them fresher longer. You can also adjust the temperature settings to accommodate almost any item you wish to store. Freezer organization is easy with the slide out shelves and in door storage. The ice maker puts out plenty of ice and we have had no issues. Overall this is a great fridge!

This fridge has it all! I love the double trays in the freezer to store stuff, this way stuff is not stacked on top of each other especially when looking for something you don't have to empty half the freezer to find it. I also love the pull out drawer in the middle, we put drinks there and cold cuts, makes it easy to get. Only think I am not a fan of is the clear bin in the top part as you can maybe only put butter or small items there but that is so small in the vast plus items I love about it. I have had it for about a year now with no problems.
