Well, within a week I have a performance problem that the repairman tried to fix and failed. He also informed me that I only had 48 hours to exchange a new defective refrigerator. I can’t believe this is happening to me again the fix didn’t work. Rather than replace the bottom portion of the refrigerator, which is the freezer Whirlpool had the repairman put a cheesy gasket under the seal. Not a factory repair. I’ll have to contact the Whirlpool repairman again Unbelievable. I guess this will be my last Whirlpool appliance. I don’t know how long I will have to go back-and-forth with Whirlpool until they replace it this time. It took a year for the last refrigerator with repeated repair appointments that did not solve the problem. Whirlpool sucks.

The installers were terrible. Took them almost three hours to take old refrigerator out and install new one. We told r Them when old one was installed they had to take doors off. Instead they first took handles off, still would not work, so then took doors off. Lost a bolt in the process AND find out a few days later they didn’t get water hookup tight. Now have to repair thousands in damage not to mention the disaster during the holidays. All we wanted was new appliances for the holidays.

Refrigerator arrived on Tuesday, December 23. The delivery crew assembled the parts, but middle drawer dividers were missing. The crew stated that the dividers were not part of my purchase, but they were obviously wrong. Best Buy needs to fix this problem; they stated that they would deliver a brand new refrigerator, but that is too much stress on my wife and me, to prepare once again for a whole new unit. My wife has severe Dementia and I am her primary Caregiver. Disruptions such as prepping for a new fridge, moving food from one fridge to another, coordinating a new date, etc, is now doubly taxing on us. Just send us the new dividers!!! Frank Bonsiero

Had to return first refrigerator because of bad freezer drawer seal. Just received replacement yesterday and the ice maker doesn’t work properly. Will be calling tomorrow to cancel the entire order for a refund.

This fridge would be perfect if it didnt run constantly with a loud vibration. We have had a whirlpool repair person come out once and now they are coming back a second time.

2 of my doors were damaged on delivery Oct 1 2024 waiting on replacement doors which have been postponed 3 weeks in a row. Is sad to include paid cash. And now I'm told i missed out on 15 return policy

We received this refrigerator on Dec. 31, 2025 and the refrigerator is faulty. We have had nothing but trouble with the refrigerator since we got it. The ice maker and the water dispenser DOES NOT WORK.
