Great full size refrigerator. Unfortunately the ice maker didnt work & i had to wait a week for repair. Fortunately, it was a simple fix, but inconvenient to have 2 refrigerators until repair could be made. Repair should have been faster. But now thats sll behind me. So far do good

The refrigerator is spacious; freezer section is big. If you use alot of ice you might want a different model. Ice maker is slow at recomended settings; we have lowered the temp 5 degrees in freezer section to help increase production. It is still slow but increase a little; if you have 4 people in a family I believe ice maker will struggle to keep up. What has been a disapointment is the drawer in freezer. Becasuse this freezer is big & deep. You have to ben over & reach in to open the drawer. Plus this drawer is big & deep itself; gives a lot of space but is a trade off. Better off to have a larger ice ben; delete half the drawer for more space in bottom section. Please note I let this unit sit 72 hrs. before plugging it in. To allow any oil in the compressor settle to the bottom. It has run fine since with no problems so far.

Arrived intact and easy to install. Spacious for our needs. Well lit interior, good design features. Only negative, have to insure doors on top fridge section are fully closed, otherwise, they can be pushed closed with less force and do not fully close.

Very nice and easy to setup….love the space it has in the freezer and refrigerator but it seems that the ice maker does not produce ice that quick

I have had the fridge for about a week. And I am enjoying it. Make sure to measure the area you plan on putting it in as well as any inner doorways as this is a large fridge. The fridge area is big and spacious And it has many modes.

Recently purchased and so far good. A bit concerned that it makes a strange noise, I assume, it’s when it cools. It just sounds like something is tightening and it is being stressed. Anyone else hear this noise, is it normal? I like the space and how easy it is to move. I wish freezer had third shelf/drawer but tow works. Keeps your freezer items organized with the dividers.

The stand out for this fridge is the amount of space inside. Because there's no water dispenser or ice dispenser on the door, there's lots of room for tall bottles in the door shelves vs other fridge and therefore leaves room for large items in the main shelves. Another stand out is the ice maker. It makes small cubes which I prefer over giant ones. The ice maker is located in the freezer which saves space also. There is a model with an internal water dispenser if you want one. We opted for the one without because we have an RO system and I like the water really cold from the pitcher and not have to put ice and also save a couple of hundred dollars. I recommend this for its size, simplicity,

Installation was excellent. Refrigerator working as advertised. One bin came cracked and a replacement was ordered. Two months later, I'm still waiting for it. When that arrives, I'll update the rating to 5.

Its a great fridge, love the 2 shelf boxes with freezer and the pizza slot is great! The shelf levels could be better or more flexible byt overall great fridge

Really good fridge keeps everything really cold and fresh. The freezer is excellent

A good reliable refrigerator. I got this as a replacement for my samsung refrigerator.

The unit is good. The only issue I have is there is a noise when compressor kicks on. It's just something I'm not accustomed to hearing in past units.

Original unit only cooled to 48 degrees, but the replacement unit is exactly what we wanted. Smaller ice below, lots of space, and no need to complex features you don't need on a refrigerator. Our only complaints are that the drawers are offset just slightly from the doors and you have to open both doors to open either drawer fully, and the water dispenser for the ice make is LOUD.

Our 6 year old Samsung fridge stopped working, which was the second Samsung appliance that failed...other being a washing machine. We knew we wanted nothing to do with Samsung again and went with what Whirlpool per repairman recommended. We also have a Whirlpool washing machine that has been awesome. My wife loves all the room/storage as well as it's "clean" look. We elected not to get the water/ice front door dispenser as we've had them before and mold will grow/build up. This fridge does have an ice maker that's in the freezer drawer. Installers (Aidan and his helper) were great and didn't complain about having to remove the bottom (freezer) door to get it into our kitchen.
