Very pleased .Oven features are great and stovetop is spacious and offers multiple heating options. Clean up is easy. Chose this brand vs other brands because of oven knob placement for safety and because I didn’t need or want to use Bluetooth or wi fi . Convection, Air fry and timed bake are what I use the most and this oven does it all.

Very happy with the oven. You will need to run the clean cycle and follow a guide on how to clean it correctly if you don’t it will smell kind of chemically. We love having the larger burner. We thought we would miss having the extra burners in the back instead of the melt etc. but overall we are very happy with the purchase it looks great and whirlpool is super reliable. Do your research come back and thank me later!

It’s a great oven, works in all the ways an oven should. The self clean is easy to use , although the racks are a little hard to put back in. I like the color a lot as well.

Easy to operate- clear instructions. The burners work very well for all my pots. The oven was advised with three racks but only two came at the time of installation.

Zero stars (put one assuming some rating required) 40 mins to cook pasta - water just won’t boil 19 mins to barely start boiling (burner continuously on/off/on/off/on/off/on/off - annoying) Went through factory to get service tech & turns out it’s normal, just a combination of energy efficiency improvement regulations mandated on manufacturers by the federal government (think green and slow) and safety features (because apparently some people like to leave their burners on forever). We went back to our 1983 GE coil type burner range - heavy rolling boil in 6 mins pasta ready in 8. Disclaimer: I did NOT want to leave a review in this product but Best Buy would not let it be and just kept pestering me with the “we want your opinion” messages so here we are.

Poor quality, not worth the price, misaligned bottom drawer, silicone on the edge of the stove, damage to both back corners of the stove. This stove is of poor quality. Now I have to waste my time returning this stove.

We love how this electric stove cooks more evenly than gas. Everything works great--air fryer, convection, oven, stovetop, etc. I would give a 5 except for challenges with the stovetop cleaning. Still searching for solutions.

Needs to come with a manual and recipe how tos when convection is offered. Being older and long-cook raised, need to know how to use convection along with what not use it for. Are the temperatures the same but faster? What about air-frying? I love it came with air fryer pan. Questions I'll have to ask manufacturer but they could incentives for 'only at Best Buy' as appliance purchases would benefit both. Perhaps BestBuy merchandisers will read this? Nah, anyway nice stove recommended by appliance mechanic for my sister and her husband Hanukkah. The old one needed a part that was 300.00 alone and the knob covering panel was getting too cloudy from cleaning for 10 yrs - havent a clue how long previous owner had old stove. Simplicity is a plus for old school-ers like us plus more expensive models had way too many pressure-type buttons to crack! My frig ice and water buttons are collapsing cant imagine those on a stove front edge like another of same brand has. The heat from glimpsing inside then dog paws as they sneak stand on edge after cooling, looking for crumbs to snatch, lol.

Love how the air fryer feature lets me make crispy snacks without all the oil. Made some fries last night that came out perfect! The convection cooking makes everything so even - no more burned edges and raw middles. The price was a total steal compared to other ranges with these features. Definitely got my money's worth! Big shoutout to the BestBuy crew who installed it. Those guys knew exactly what they were doing and saved me from YouTubing "how to install a stove" videos all day. Worth every penny for the peace of mind. If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen without breaking the bank, grab this Whirlpool. You won't regret it!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I wish I could give this a 4 1/2 rating. This range performs very well... it would be great with some minor tweaks. As other reviewers have noted, the bottom drawer is "fiddly" and made from a lighter gauge than my previous model: you can't open or close it to remove pans one handed. The dual diameter front burners of varying diameters are genius! I would have preferred another 6 inch back burner instead of two "melt" burners. I have not used the convection or air fry functions. To get a uniform look and finish that matched my 2 year old Whirlpool 4 door refrigerator and the microwave and dishwasher that I was also replacing, I needed to upgrade to this model. The three new appliances are great and they look and function so much better than the 17 year old white ones that came with the townhouse! I have had glass cook tops in three homes and love the easy clean surface. I have not had the range long enough to need to clean the oven, but it has worked perfectly.
