Faulty electrical panel - do not buy
DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. I bought this oven in Oct of 2025 and within a week the electric panel that controls all of the oven settings kept erroring out, saying a button was stuck. This error turns off the entire oven and you can only reset the panel by leaving the oven unplugged for 24 hours. I had the panel replaced and it instantly began throwing the same error. Best Buy refuses to replace the oven for me, even though it does not work. The electric panel on this model is obviously flawed, it’s too close to the burners so if it gets any sort of liquid on it it affects the functionality of the panel. I would never recommend this oven or buying an appliance from Best Buy due to their return policies.
