Install easy now heat test its a whirlpool at this price was a very great product i lived on top fllor kitchen in living room nyc gets hot . Glad i found this there one issues remote control has very ting Phillips head screw that cant be unsrew to install battey need to make screw bigger or send tool to open remote .

Excellent air conditioner. Buy it for a living room and it cools it very easily. Best part it can go up to 14,000 BTU based on Whirlpool documentation. Best air conditioner I've bought.

Haven’t used the product yet, but I am happy with its features. Whirlpool has always been known for is reliable and well-crafted products.

The air conditioner had a broken front plastic grill and you or Whirlpool will not replace it. I thought you could replace that grill without me having to do without the air conditioner since was very hot outside and I needed the air conditioner to keep the house cool. You wanted me to bring the air conditioner into your store and replace the it but to save you the hassle I thought replacing the grill would be a lot easier.

Official like tissue this is worth the money spent on this for real !!! It reminds me of the AC back in 1995 ! GO WHIRLPOOL!!!! Going to buy ANOTHER ONE!!!! For living room
