Q: Where is the full line? Is it the ledge inside the machine?
A: There is a very faint line just below that ledge. But I usually fill it up until it's just below the basket and that works great
Q: Is the ice similar to the kind found at Sonic? (light & airy)
A: It is not the same sort of ice. The smallest one of those machines will be about 4 times the price of this one. When this ice is first made, it isn't easily chewable. But the ice isn't as hard as freezer ice so as it sits in the basket and melts a bit, it tends to get more porous and easier to chew. It doesn't ever get as soft as sonic ice though.
Q: Please give me the dimensions & the weight
A: This weighs 38 lbs and measures 17.3 x 15 x 17 inches.
Q: how many ice cubes does this make at a time?
A: Hi Jenny,
This item makes 12 bullet shaped ice per batch.

A: I have never tried that not sure if it would work, I put the ice in a cooler, and use it that way. sorry if this doesn't help.
Q: Can you order this with a float switch which would allow connection to household water supply?
A: No way to plumbing it the hold try only hold about a gallon that’s the only drawback
Q: Does this ice machine have air gap?
A: No.
A: It starts melting as soon as it is dumped into the basket.
