Cool design but never got off the ground. Ordered a particular color and received another color. Also controller had a lever missing.

It says unbreakable & it's not!! My husband played with it twice & the stabalizer bar broke. Also the fully charged battery lasted less than 25 minutes. I won't buy this again!!

Broke first time we used it would like a replacement

The products is of great quality. I thought it was just a way of marketing but since the day i bought it i have realized it is a great toy. The battery has long life and it flies with ease. My kid loves it so much

Worst purchase ever first came broken and returned it. Ordered second one and was broken after 2 uses. Says it is unbreakable on box itself.

It a great durable helicopter for kids over 10+. My kid really enjoys flying it and its a pretty big size for a remote control flying object.

So easy to fly love it and so much fun my kids. Love it

I had three issues within the first 15 minutes of playing with this. 1) My charging port broke when I charged the helicopter, 2) The top piece of the controller antenna disconnected from the rest of the antenna the first time I closed and then extended it, 3) and the helicopter stopped working after 15 minutes. I changed batteries in the controller and only the lights work now. The blades will no longer turn. I feel bad for the kids that received this product for Christmas (8 reviews on Amazon and all were 1 stars (7 charging ports). This is a piece of junk, DO NOT BUY IT or if you have RETURN IT!!!

Christmas gift for son. Only flew it once. Once it went down, it stayed down. Charging port came loose and fell into body of copter. Both very disappointed. Hope we can return it. Will find out.....

My son saved up to buy something he really likes, and when he saw this he couldn't resist. We have been trying to fly this all day and it doesn't want to fly forward or even steer the right way. Taking this back as soon as I get a chance!

I bought this because the packaging claims that this item is unbreakable. It is as unbreakable as the Titanic was unsinkable. The helicopter flew one time, and it stopped working without any reason. I never crashed it or mishandled it. It just died. Best Buy shouldn't sell any item that claims to be unbreakable. Then again, Best Buy shouldn't sell items that claim to work universally, like universal chargers, which are actually not universal. At least I got my money back, and customer service was outstanding.

Charging port is either loose or broken off. Haven't even been able to charge it once.

It is easily breakable. First time the rear propellor came off. The a/c jack broke so we couldn't charge it, the main propellor also broke the first day. What a piece of junk!

After a hard landing on its maiden flight the charging port will not hold the charging cable anymore

Great gift that was bought for my nephew of 8. Simple to fly, even easier to crash. Actually spectacular crashes some with the blades sticking into the ground but it has worked great after every crash. I think I like it better than the 8 yo, having a blast flying it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a RC type helicopter. Biggest issue was fixing the trim (round knob on bottom right of controller).

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas and it doesn't work. Returning it in the morning. Hopefully we can exchange it for one that works

This was a steal at $49 bucks! We've had nothing but fun with it (my kids and I). It comes ready to fly, and you CAN NOT break it, even if you try (and, believe me, my kids have tried!) The built-in gyro makes stable flight easy and fun. Even a neophyte at RC flying (like me) can master it in minutes. I highly recommend it.

Recently got this product for my son. This is an awesome rc helicopter and a great value for the money.
