After using it for three times stop working. Battery is full of charge but not turning on at all

I bought this for my backyard to trim the grass up against my fence and around my raised beds. There are only a few places my lawnmower can't reach, so I didn't need anything heavy duty. I decided to go with this one for the cordless factor and so far it's been great for me. I'd never actually used a grass trimmer before, but once I had it put together and running it was pretty comfortable to use. It did a good job of trimming the hard to reach places in my yard and I don't think I went anywhere close to running the battery down, though I was probably only had it running for 15-20 minutes max. The extra string is also very affordable. It's good to have if you have a very small yard or patches of grass the lawnmower can't get to.

I love this, its super easy to use, and simple to reload twine! My weeds are borderline trees and it tore through them!

I love this light weight powerful weed eater/ grass trimmer edger. Easy to change the spool and charge the battery. The battery has a long life. It is always recommended to have a back-up battery on hand for long projects. Works well on small stemmed weeds. Not recommended for use on thick stemmed weeds for long periods of time.

Used once so far and seems to get the job done. It did exactly what i needed to. The feature for the edges is great.

I was in doubt when I got this trimmer, but now I am happy that I got it. It works as mentioned, now I can do edging and trimming gas-free. It is great to own one.

Wrks well cutting all different size weeds and last fairy long. The charge is quick. I like it has a wheel bc after awhile it does get tiresome holding it and all the different positions for better grip and cut is nice too.

This thing is exactly what I needed. I am in love with it. I have over an acre and I was using an electric with a drop cord. This helps me get things done so much faster!

Powerful trimmer. Very happy with its ability to do more than grass. Small stalk weeds are no problem as well. Battery lives up to quoted run time.

Great product for the price. Ultra light weight. I have not used it for long periods of time to verify how long the battery will last, but super easy to put together and handle.

Great weed eater. Love the edging capability. Have the older version but the line cutter broke off and couldn't find a replacement.

I purchase this weed eater twice a year for my wife it’s lightweight and easy to operate. She uses it almost daily. This last one I purchased would not fold down. It was so hard to manage.
