It can be used to chop meat for stew, bones for stock, tenderize cuts, smash garlic, or transfer ingredients. The blade is forged from X50CrMoV15 high-carbon stainless steel and sharpened with Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) for superior sharpness and edge retention, with a Rockwell hardness of 58. Full tang construction ensures balance and strength. The triple-riveted synthetic handle resists fading and discoloration and includes a full bolster and finger guard. Hand wash recommended.
