It's been around two weeks since buying and unboxing this mighty little machine, and I can safely say that it punches way above what I would expect for $64 USD. I use it primarily for CRT TV repairs on their cramped PCBs, and I see that the small, lightweight design makes it easy to move it around the PCB to reflow new capacitors onto the board. The controlled heating element is also excellent for adapting to the giant heatsinks and the different solder types CRTs used throughout the years (e.g., leaded solder in the 70s through the late 90s, to lead-free solder in the 2000s). The included bronze sponge is used heavilly by me to prevent oxidation, and the included iron tips also help combat the heat sinks while also being delicate enough not to lift any solder pads. The included lead-free solder is also acceptable for use in the 'modern' CRTs. One thing that I would've appreciated, however, is to have an included desoldering pump/copper wick. It set me back a few days waiting on delivery for those parts. All in all, a great bargain for PCB work on a budget. Would recommend, 9/10
