The xTool X1 Base brings the next-gen X1 platform to a 55W CO2 configuration. Cut and engrave wood, acrylic and more across a wide-format bed, built on the Hybrid Motion four-axis system and a rigid one-piece die-cast aluminum frame. When you're ready to grow, Laser Swap adds diode, fiber, MOPA or UV laser modules, no second machine needed.
The X1 Base puts a 55W CO2 laser on xTool's next-generation X1 platform. Cut and engrave wood, acrylic, leather, cardstock and more across a wide-format working area, with power for thick cuts and clean detail.
Laser Swap routes add-on laser sources through a shared optical path into the X1's galvo head. Start with CO2 today, then add the 20W diode galvo module, 30W fiber, 60W MOPA or 5W UV sources (each sold separately) as your business grows.
Three monolithic die-cast structures in automotive-grade aluminum replace nearly 100 assembled parts and 268 screws, keeping the machine rigid, precise and thermally stable through years of heavy use.
The full-size X1 bed takes large sheets and big batches, so signs, panels and multi-piece orders run in one job instead of many small ones.
Every laser source you add later runs through the same machine and the same software, so expanding into new materials never means learning a new system or giving up bench space.
