Yalloppin' Hounds - Architect: Yalloppin' Hounds Play The Music Of Duke Ellington - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Taking their name from a longtime joke among the musicians of the Illinois Jacquet Big Band, the pop-friendly Yalloppin' Hounds have been one of the most industrious acts in the New York swing scene. Molding hip-hop sensibilities with classic swing beats, this seven-piece group is led by it's founding members bandleader and saxophonist Joey InchG-ClefInch Cavaseno and ex-Toasters trumpeter Brian InchLordInch Sledge. On this CD from 2003, they present their unique interpretations of the music of Duke Ellington. Album Tracks 1. C Jam Blues 2. Antidisestablishmentarianismist 3. Solitude 4. Don't You Know I Care 5.
