This has greatly improved our sleep. I love how it is an actual fan not a digital sound. It also has a decent range to be able to customize the sound.

If you have trouble sleeping, this sound machine really helps and is not extremely bulky. This enables one to stay away from the cell phone which needs to be out of the room or off if one has sleep problems.
