I purchased the ZAGG Crystal Palace Lite Case for my iPhone 16 Pro expecting the "ultimate drop protection" and premium build quality that ZAGG markets at a premium price. What I got instead was a case that physically split apart within 10 hours of use — not from a drop, not from misuse, just normal everyday handling. Ten hours. That's less time than a full workday. When I contacted ZAGG to resolve the issue, I was met with an even bigger surprise: they wanted to charge me for a refund on a defective product. Not an exchange. Not a no-questions-asked return. A fee — to return something that failed before I'd even gone to sleep on day one. The "graphene technology" and drop protection claims mean nothing if the case can't survive the first day of ownership. This is a fundamental quality control failure, and the customer service response made it worse, not better. Save your money. There are plenty of competitors offering better build quality and — crucially — standing behind their products when they fail. ZAGG does neither.

Please do not waste your money purchasing this product. I had it 15 days before it started literally coming apart. Its poorly made with cheap materials. That paired with Best Buys trash return policy will just leave you left with wasted money & an extremely useless case.

I dropeped my phone a very short distance with this case and had a crack immediately. Yhe screen was not fully protected. Purchased one for myself and my daughter, her case tore up within a month the siding was completely coming loose. Replaced with Otterbox and havent had a single problem.

Great Case protects the phone fairly well, I have dropped my phone a few times and there are no signs of any damage, I do with there was better protection over the camera button area to protect the edge of the screen in that area which is why I only give this a 4-star review. Otherwise, its a good case.

I’ve been using the ZAGG Transparent Case for my iPhone 16 Pro for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The case feels sturdy without adding too much bulk, and the clear design shows off the phone’s original color beautifully. The material is resistant to yellowing so far, which is a big plus compared to cheaper clear cases.

I’ve dropped my phone multiple times but never had an issue with this case. After a while I did have to replace it but it stays clear for a long time. Not like most clear cases.

Great case. The snap in feature tells me it’s on the phone and the raised edges protects the camera lenses and screen.

Fits very well. Nice clear soft plastic. Buttons press easily. I replaced another brand that split and yellowed after 15 months. I have high hopes for this ZAGG. At this point I recommend and would buy again.

OMG, this is hilarious so in the store looking for a case for my son‘s 13 Pro iPhone and we come across this particular case however it’s designed to fit a whole entirely different phone again too now fits his 13 perfectly and we bought it in. Hey it works.
