I purchased this screen protector on July 30, 2024 not even 2 months ago with the promise of free lifttime replacements. Today September 8, 2024 I went to the local best buy for the replacement. I was told i no longer could get a free replacement because my screen protector was not sold anymore. It shows no longer available online or in store but I could buy another one, the same exact screen protector, the only difference is thay they changed the sku number on the box! This feels like a scam to me. The cashier told me about the sku change and that I could still request the warranty thru zagg online. However zagg charges $10 shipping for the warranty. So I had to buy the new one sku package and pay $30 again. What a rip off

I peels easily and doesn’t protect very well. It was recommended by an employee over the glass protector and I regret listening to him.

cover did not stick to the phone completely. the left upper corner became unattached to the screen. The protector did still protect the phone when dropped.

The only reason I purchased this specific screen protector was because I wanted one with a camera cutout but it was also nice that it came with a lifetime warranty. However, after 9 months, I cracked my screen protector and tried to get a replacement. I checked store availability and drove to 3 separate stores that all said they had them in stock but neither I, multiple employees, nor managers, could locate the exact one I purchased. They had another ZAGG one for my phone model but that one did not have a camera cutout. That is not what I initially bought and I did not want that. Nobody at all 3 stores could help me and just told me to buy it online but that would require me to pay more money which defeats the point of a lifetime warranty. I called Best Buy support twice and they said the same thing - pay for another one. I called ZAGG and stayed in the queue for 45 minutes and inevitably hung up. I tried to claim a warranty on their site but it was sold out of the model which I would've had to pay $10 shipping anyway. The only reason I was willing to pay this much for a screen protector was because I could not find any other one with a camera cut out & the fact that it had a lifetime warranty! If I wanted a regular one without a cutout, there's ample of them on other sites that only cost $5 for a 3-pack instead of $25 for ONE. Oh my gosh, it should not be this difficult.

Not sure if it was the Best buy geek squad guy who put it on, but the whole left bottom side of the screen can't be used until i go back to best buy to have this removed and replaced. there's a huge bubble on the bottom left corner. started small and didn't notice til we were outside, but as the day went on the bubble got bigger and now anything on the bottom part of my screen, the touchscreen doesn't work

The store sold me to wrong size. I took it to a repair shop to discover the error. The repair shop sold me the correct item. I did not have time to go back to the store and then to the repair shop again.

These are absolutely awful!! Even though it adheres to the screen tightly in a few weeks it comes loose or has places that allow water to enter the phone screen. I would never buy this product or anything this brand ever again!!

This thing breaks super easy and if you don’t do the plan to get a free one every time it breaks I definitely would not recommend. The only good thing about it is that it is breaking and not me actual screen.

The glass has been replaced twice. Cracks very easily. Had my X for five years no issues in that. But this phone and pay a premium to guarantee quality. Better off buying cheaper ones online for how quickly they break. Had the first one one day while the phone was updating. So maybe 2 hours in my pocket. Screen protector cracked.

Not worth the money nor the time going back to the store for a replacement. I’ve had it for maybe 2 months so far and need my second replacement already. If you barely drop your phone the screen protector breaks.

Was in Best Buy in the Maine mall, and the employee was stoned, unable to find my warranty then proceeded to sell me the wrong size screen protector. When I returned item employee did not care nor did he apologize. Was the same employee that sold me the screen protector.

Worked good for about a month then delaminates ! I had Bestbuy install and bought the warranty on it so they installed a new one and about a month later delaminated again!

Dropped my phone once and the protector screen cracked. I have to pay $15 for a new one. Not worth it!! I will not purchase again.
