Love the phone... I was looking for an upgrade from my A03 and A15. This is very much what i think i needed. I was assited by staff i think they did an amazing job . I had been spending a week trying to just replace my phone an everywhere i went it was just overly conplicated some how or way. They made it very easy an stress free. I was in an out! Absolutely made my day! The phone i have had zero problems ! It is faster an a phone i am familiar with its previous versions! The pictures come out lovely, i definitely needed a phone that has camera quality! Look forward to my next upgrade by just going over there. I do hope they do have more of a selection the next time around. I was looking for the S series or even the A56 or anything above the A16. I at the same time replaced another line with an iphone an i actually prefer this phone... go figure Strangest part of it all i was headed to target to get the phone they told me they had i got there ... obv no phone so thank God there was a best by right outside of targets door across the parking lot.

This phone is pretty nice. Ive always enjoyed samsung phones and how they work, only issue is its just a little glitchy... other than that, it works well!

One of the best phones I ever bought. And One of the best places I ever shopped. I had a person come right up to me as soon as I walked in. Is the service a best buy fantastic. But as far as talking about my phone Is the galaxy sixteen. Is awesome for the price. I would recommend this phone to anyone. It has so many options in it. I'm still trying to figure it all out. Great product, and so easy to put on!!! They include a plastic form tray to cover your phone so you don't have to stress about getting it centered and on correctly. I was so impressed with how easy it was and how well they designed it. The Screen protector is on perfectly and working great!! Would definitely recommend!
