Screen protector cracked 43 days after purchase. We bought the screen protector and had Best Buy install because they warranted the product. Then, 43 days after purchase, the screen protector cracked. Best Buy refused to honor their warranty. They did not replace the protector. They kicked us out of the store. Very unprofessional. They did not honor their agreement to replace the product. Why would we have had them install the product if other than to have a warranty? This is a classic example of Best Buy talking sideways out of their mouths to give the customers a sense of security. While all the while they never intended the product to fail. I know that buyers must be aware of corporate sales tactics. Please know that Best Buy will not honor their promise to replace this item, should it fail. They lied directly to our faces.

The protective slip covers part if the camera. My photos are blurry on that area and is designed for this phone. This is a no no for me.

I purchased this case because IT WAS THE ONLY CASE Best Buy had in the store for my new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. Best Buy needs to step it’s game up when it comes to cases for new flagship cell phones and have multiple quality choices for every phone. The case itself offers very little to NO phone protection, especially the front screen portion. My phone as damaged within two days of buying due to NO PROTECTION from this horrible thing trying to pose as a case!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I WILL BE returning mine!!

Bubbles up with a case on it. I paid a lot for the protection im not getting

The corners started to come off on the second day.

Does not apply easily and gets worse if you have to adjust it because of air bubbles.

Not case friendly at all, I returned it. I would buy it again if i ever decide to use my phone with a case. I recommend this product if you don’t have a case.

The quality is not that good for the price it’s just not worth it

You are better off buying a cheaper one off amazon, it didn't even last a whole month. Best buys exchange policy is even worse trying to get you to spend 70 dollars for a install and protection.

He i had bad luckhad bad luck with this screensaver.It cracked within a couple weeks on the side and on the top

Doesnt fit with the defender case. Put it on, put the case on and then the protective popped. They wont let me return it either. Super upset.

Phone droped once and the screen protector.broke. went to a tmobile and got something better. Not.happy
