A: Zagg phone screen protectors are an easy swap at Best Buy however watch and tablet screen protectors are not swapped at Best Buy. If they did swap it for you that's because they had a manager override it because it's technically out of policy.
A: The original comes with the phone. To removed and replaced it makes the orinal useless.
