Designed to work without filters, the centrifugal blower wheel pushes air downwards and away from the center, separating cooking vapors and grease from the air. Remaining cooking contaminates are then trapped in a residue tray which drains into residue cups when cleaned. This blower system ensures that the hood is effective, quiet and easy to use.
This hood has the ability to vent either out the top or out the back.
