Easy set up, great value for the price, holds temperature in both zones very quitely, plenty of room with full extension shelves and a couple of oversized shelves for larger bottles or champagne.

I have owned this wine cooler for almost a month now, so I can only speak to it's performance over this limited time period. However, I am not particularly concerned as it came with an above-average warranty coverage. I am very impressed by design, functionality, build quality and, above all, the storage capacity of this wine cooler. The extremely sturdy storage racks accommodate a large variety of wine bottle sizes. There are a lot of functions - different light colors, auto on/off vs constant lights, display mode and more - all functions are described in the manual - but you have to know where to look, as the trouble-shooting section Q&A assumes that you have read and understood all the instructions well. Compressor runs quiet and cools well - excellent choice.

The manufacturer kept pushing the delivery date back a total of 4 weeks from the original delivery date. I waited almost 2 months for an item that should’ve been in my home within two weeks. Once the unit arrived the unit was poorly crafted. All shelving was slanted or purely off centered. Horrible experience for an item I paid $3500 for and waited nearly two months for. Definitely would not recommend. I wish I could give this brand negative stars on this review. I returned the item.

It was delivered damaged. There are multiple dents and the door will not close properly. We called customers service and a replacement will not arrive for 3 months.
