Great range so far. Installation was great, they took a lot of time to get everything right. Stove works just the way it should. You do have to avoid leaning on the knobs as this turns on the igniters. Other than that it is great.

Love this stove and - I don’t like how finicky the burners are, they have to be in just the right position or they won’t light. I also don’t like how long the oven take to preheat, but when it is hot and the burners are right, it’s an awesome stove.

DO NOT BUY!! You get no support from Zline. Very Poor reviews on HOUZZ. I only viewed reviews on Best Buy. You can not calibrate oven temperature. Temperature goes all over the place. To preheat the oven, you have to turn knob to High Bake. I had no problem there. Problems start when you switch knob to low bake and convection baking. I had the original one exchanged. I had the same issues with the second one. After further digging on other reviews, besides Best Buys, very poor reviews and with the same issues I was having. I am returning the Zline! Its a beautiful looking range overall, but it works like garbage and Zline DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT OR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I had to do everything by email. Send pictures, and videos and Zline was instructing me to do this and that to try to figure out the issues. Ridiculous! No phone call to me, no one can come out and not all Best Buy Techs are familiar with how to adjust the flames. YOU CAN NOT CALIBRATE THE OVEN TEMPERATURE. I set it at 350 degrees and it will only go up to 300 degrees. Totally frustrating! Google it, but avoid zlines videos. Google everyone elses. Even Houzz has tons of complaints on the zline range. AVOID PURCHASING ANY ZLIINE RANGES!!!

Has some flaws. Some burners delay turning on. Unsafe. The grill openings are too spaced. Small pans lean in.

Beautiful, yes! Oven temperature fluctuates too much. What I mean is: one day, set the temperature to 400 and it’s 400. Next day, set to 400 and it’s 425. Weird. The burners need to be dialed in for best performance. Read the manual. Otherwise, very happy with the simplicity and the looks

I've done my research and I found out that a convection oven cooks food with better consistency than a standard gas oven. That's why I bought one of these bad boys. It looks magnificent and it performs well, too. My wife can't get enough of it actually. She's been staying in the kitchen longer and more often ever since we had it.

Loved this! It looks very professional. I'm a frustrated cook but that doesn't mean I don't take cooking as seriously as before. In fact, I make sure my kitchen has everything I need to satisfy all of my family's cravings. This range is indeed a perfect addition to my kitchen.

When they said this range was ultra-deep, I thought it was just a fancy way of describing how big the oven is. But it really does look more spacious than the ovens I used to have. Pretty sleek too. Good think I didn't think twice when my wife told me we should buy it.

No kidding.. this is probably one of the best cooking range we've ever had. Very easy to use. No complicated operation required. Features are pretty simple. We only rely on our cooking skill to produce scruptious meals for the kids. Very handy.

We wanted to like this stove. It looked professional. We acquired it in July 2022. But it has been a constant disappointment from the moment we got it. First, the oven makes a loud whistling sound when it is on. Second, the burners are all set fairly high. It is impossible to get a low heat. They all boil water even at the lowest setting, so we have to keep moving delicate items on and off the burner to keep the heat down. Third, the double ring burner lights erratically. The inner ring lights, but then we wait, and after a varying number of seconds, the outer ring lights with a whoomph and a ball of flame. Fourth, the customer service is horrible. We called Zline several times about the above issues but got voicemail each time saying please email because there were too many people calling. (I'm not surprised, given our experience.) We emailed on 10/2/22. It took multiple emails before finally getting a substantive response. On 11/15/22, Zline emailed us. The email included a link to a YouTube video on how to adjust the burner to stop the flame being too high. This video required us to pull off the knobs and to adjust the flame using tools. This was not something we were comfortable doing with a gas appliance. The email also said that Zline was sending our concerns about the oven’s loud whistling noise to a warranty provider. The warranty provider contacted us that same day and said someone would contact us within 2 days. We heard nothing for two weeks. We then contacted the warranty company again on 11/29/22 and complained that we had never heard from them. The warranty company responded that they would contact a service provider. It is now 12/4/22 and we have not heard from anyone. Do not buy this product.
