This 48” range looks better than it performs. It does perform well overall but definitely feels like a low cost option. The ovens are LOUD. The large one tends to run too hot and the small one too small to fit anything in to be of any use. The buttons to turn on the gas burners can be accidentally turned on. Luckily they make a loud clicking noise so unless you are hearing impaired, should know when that happens. The range does look great and has been a wow factor for my kitchen remodel. However, If appliances hadn’t been so hard to get, and prices hadn’t been so crazy high - I would have purchased a higher end range.

I just love this stove and oven. Gas burners have very high heat and good for stir fry. Oven cooks faster and evenly than my previous oven. I have not used 6 burners at the same time yet but this will come in handy when next big meal time come. This really stands out and it is a focal point of my kitchen. I'm glad I chose this instead of double oven and a range.

Great stove for someone who loves to cook. The dual oven functionality is awesome. The temperature maintains relatively well (beware, watch running on the High Bake setting and only use that setting to heat up the oven to operating temperature - not for cooking). The unit is very solid and true stainless steel, so that's great to see in today's market of garbage appliances. The number of burners is excellent for making a large multi-stage meal for company. There are two complaints for this unit thus far: 1) there should be a digital temperature readout and a tone that is emitted when the unit reaches operating temperature as I don't feel relying on two small little blue lights is sufficient, 2) make the burners modular so that they can be moved to different locations. I do not want two larger burners at the front of the stove. One would be great, but not both. If the fixture size in the steel base plate cutout was the same pattern and size, then the burners could be moved around to the desired location and balanced. There may be more to this other than nozzle swaps, but I tend to think that all of the connective piping is the same size and only the orifices are different size. A little more design work and the stove could provide a much, much greater range of flexibility and this is what the customer wants. Would I buy again for the price point, probably. The "probably" will be a "definitely" if the unit goes without electrical/mechanical issues for a fair amount of time.

This was a splurge for me with my kitchen remodel and I was so excited. I love to cook and bake. It is beautiful and makes a statement, but performance is just awful. The griddle burner does not heat the whole thing and only heats the center. So when making pancakes, you can only use the middle and might as well just use a standard pan. The oven is just awful. It takes forever to preheat, does not maintain a consistent temperature and burns things in the back while undercooking the front. The oven racks will roll forward, hitting the doors and I can't get them adjusted. The doors squeak and fog up. It has been such a disappointment. I am burning everything. So far both Best Buy TotalTech and Zline customer service have been great and offered to replace it, but I am very worried the replacement will be no better.

We have yet to install this range. But we chose it because it looks professional and we heard that is manufcatured by the same people who started and sold one of the well known high end brands. We love the feet, the style of the knobs, all the features it offeres and can't beat the price.

What a dream to cook on this range and having two ovens let's your holiday entertaining be on time every time. The burners have a range of heat so frying or simmering are very accurate. And what can I say about the color...the RED is such a great accent to our kitchen.

Very happy with our purchase of the Zline double oven range. It’s the centerpiece of our new kitchen and looks amazing with our other stainless steel appliances. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

This expensive oven is not worth the money. The customer service is the worst. The oven stopped working after few months and to reach the support took a week. They leave you hanging for several hours then they promise to call you back which never happens for a few days. Next they ask for receipts, pictures etc before they schedule a technician. Best to stick to local well known USA brands because the hassle is just not worth it for an oven that is low quality.

GREAT VALUE COMPARED TO MORE EXPENSIVE LINES. Looks and works just as nice as my old one that cost 3 times the price.

I paid full price for a new unopened box range. It was delivered in timely manner. However when we opened box it was a dirty, rusty, greasy used appliance. We will never buy an appliance from best buy again.

Loved this kitchen range a lot. It's super gorgeous and very easy to operate. No one in the family really knows their way around digital controls so this is perfect. And it's heavy too. Seems there are a lot of great features within it to explore and enjoy. Props to the guys who delivered our item, too. They are super courteous and informative. Love lots.

The first time I laid my eyes on this particular unit, I knew it's the one we've been looking for. We were renovating our kitchen and we've had all our kitchen appliances replaced except for the stove. We couldn't decide between a singler and a double oven. Unltimately, we went for the bigger one because my wife told me it would be more practical since we can use the smaller over for everyday cooking, which makes sense.

This range is everything my wife and I wanted. Simple design but sleek finish. Complete and easy-to-operate knobs. Bright oven lighting. And spacious oven, both of them. I also like the fact that they delivered it to us the next day. They weren't kidding when they told us it'll arrive the next. The best part is they brought it inside and installed in the kitchen unscathed.

I was so excited when our new kitchen was delivered to our house. But I admit I was nervous because that kind of machine is heavy. Thankfully, the crew who delivered it knew what they're doing. They handled by item with great care from boxing to installation. I don't have any dents on my wall, there's no broken components, and best of all, all the features are working fine.

I like everything--the look, the quality, and even the purchase process. It's so easy. But the best part I think is all the add ons like that total tech thing. It has helped keep my cooking range in tiptop shape, and it's just for less than 200 bucks a year, which is surprisingly cheap for an insurance you know.
