I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday present and it was definitely worth the investment! Two weeks after he got it, a button stopped working. He brought it by the Best Buy near his house and they were able to fix it with no problem at all!

Each time I upgrade with a new computer I purchase the Geek Squad protection and have never been dissatisfied. They are there when I need them both at home and in the store.

Never purchase any technical product without including the Geek Squad product replacement and service. Wouldn't think even once about not including the service.
