    My product came with a 2 year warranty from the manufacturer! Why was I charged an additional $20? I mean, I guess it might be quicker to get another one from the store...then they'd get another from the manufacturer, but I wish I was told that upfront.

    I will not ever buy a item at Best Buy without attaching Geek Squad Product Replacement to it. I cannot express how important it is to attach it to your purchase. I love the fact that I am taken care of on my product for the next 2-5 years.

    It’s not a replacement plan truly. My earbuds broke but since I bought them on sale I had to pay the price difference between what they were charging now and what I paid for them before getting a new pair and they charged me sales tax too.

      Hello marigold – as long as you were exchanging the earbuds for the same product, including model number and color, it should have been an even exchange. If the color or model was different, you would be responsible for paying he difference in price. If everything was the same, please reach out to a manager at your local store to discuss this.
