    No need to purchase additional coverage, you only get a store credit for whatever you paid for an item and mine was a Samsung Ultra HD Smart TV. Supposed to get a comparable tv on replacement, but yes If I WANT TO PAY AND ADDITIONAL $130.00 plus tax!!!! I would rate protection plan a BIG FAT ZERO!

    Always buy the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Overall, the prices arent bad in comparison to retails like Wa-Mart and Target.

    Takes a long time! Not worth it!

    After 1 1/2 hours on hold the first apt. was 10 days out. The BROKEN parts arrived AFTER the repair was supposed to happen. Still without repair parts.
