the battery can be really shaky at times, i hit a bump and my keys were lost. make sure you have your spare key safe somewhere in your home! sadly im going to have to return it :(

Disappointing power. There are a lot stronger hub motors out there for the same and less money. This was a good try and it is cool looking

I’m not one to beat around the bush so I’ll say exactly what I received. It looks amazing out of the box and even on the bike, definitely turns a lot of heads. The actual range i got with pedaling wasn’t even 10 miles (far less than what is advertised). Also the battery mechanism was jammed so the battery couldn’t be removed. The throttle is also really uncomfortable to use for more than a few minutes at a time. Great idea just poorly executed and falsely advertised
