The DVD player is a plus - one less device to attach to the TV. Easy to use and the picture/sound quality is good. It's not your home theater quality but it's great for our purpose. The size is perfect for a bedroom or a garage. It's new and we haven't experienced any problems. Set up was easy - especially the channel search if you don't have cable or satellite connection.

Also bought 7" tablet and cover which my son is very happy with. I am disabled and live on a mountaintop so on-line shopping is easier for me. Recently bought computer thumb drives I'd gotten from Best Buy earlier when I could shop at the store. Figured on-line from Best Buy was the way to go now. Thank you for the convenience.

Plus, if you have kids it's not something you would feel bad if it accidentally got busted! Let's face it things do happen and I would rather it be something material then something or someone important. Hope you like it as much as I do.

Very nice image quality; super cheap base

I think they expect everyone will attach these to the wall. The screw holes on the base are SLIGHTLY misaligned, making it VERY hard to screw and secure properly. I did the best I could. (And came VERY close to returning it.) The price is right if you don't care about the details. I am recommending based on price and picture quality.

Above Expectations

The price was much less than expected and I also expected lesser quality picture (house brand/low price). I was totally wrong in the expectation! The set up was very simple and the picture quality was as good as on TV of comparable size at twice the price.

Nice tv

The bad. - The remote sucks. Tiny buttons that are to close together and impossible to work in the dark. Couldnt get my universal remote to work the dvd player so I am stuck with the factory one.

Q: QuestionHow do I change screen aspect ratio?When I play a DVD, the screen seems too small because it chops off various writing, like sub titles etc. both from bottom as well a side to side. The same DVD plays just fine thru my computer.
