The HR+ is my first fitness tracker. I wanted to have something to wear at my job but not a full sized smart watch. I received it a day earlier than expected. As usual, I unpacked and read everything before setting up. It has many features such as step count, heart rate, body temperature, sleep tracking, text and phone notifications, and a clock with alarm function. There are several different layouts that show time and activities. The phone app is very intuitive as well. Battery life is listed at 10-14 days depending on brightness and other settings. It is very lightweight and the band looks nice with a diamond pattern. For the price of less than $40 I feel the HR+ is a great value.

I chose the 3Plus Activity Tracker because of the price, and I’m glad I did. It tracks steps, heart beats, body temperature, and other activities. For some activities you have to make sure you press on the one you want when you start and again when you stop. It will let you know how long and calories burned. It always measures steps and heartbeats. It has a way to check weather in your area but I haven’t figured that one out yet. Oh and it has a stop watch too. The only problem I have is the band, it is too stiff for me so I will find another one. All in all it’s a good watch for the price. I synced it to my cellphone. By the way it measures you sleep too. Love it!

Generally, I like this activity tracker, but it has a several issues. 1. The 'Activity' feature is difficult to use. I start an Activity, like Running, and it seems to stop before I actually stop the Activity. 2. The supported Activities are Running, Walking, Biking and Exercise Biking. I also work out on an elliptical machine and play other sports. There's not specific way to track them. It would be nice to be able to add Activities. 3. I'm older than nominal retirement age, and the small characters on the screen are difficult to read. 4. I wish the phone app allowed one to add comments, e.g. when it tracks steps during a softball game, I could add a note that I was playing softball. 5. The sleep tracker is not accurate. Like today, a cat woke me up at 7:30 but it says I slept until 7:50 which is when i actually got out of bed to feed said cat. So I can't really trust the deep sleep vs. light sleep demarcation. 6. Battery life is about four days. I really didn't expect more than that, and that's fine, I can charge it while sitting here at my computer. This is about what I expected from a $40 generic device so its fine. It eliminates having to carry my phone every time I go jogging or play sports.
