A:Answermy guess would be its not paired to tv. I had to try it a couple times when i got mine. I cant help you beyond that. Im not to tech savvy, YET! Maybe call Geek Squad for help or the company who made tv...just guesses here, i have called tv company more than once to get answers before.
A:AnswerYou might want to switch the speakers from left to right and right to left onto the unit. I hook it up and I too couldn't get a sound, only on one speaker, So I tried to switch the wire and now sounds like I'm in a theater.Hope this will work for you.
