The Quervo 2 Curve Flow is a top-notch robot vacuum. It is a great value for the price. - The roller mop works great once you determine the level you need for your floor. I set mine at 20 and it did the job on routine cleaning as well as heavier cleaning of spots. - The carpet cleaning was very good. After the Quervo 2 did its job, I tested by running my standard vacuum over the same area and it picked up virtually nothing. Some great features to call out: - The roller mop cover worked perfectly a there was zero moisture transferred to carpeting when the mop function turned off - Setup was easy. Once I installed the app on my phone, I mapped the areas to be mopped and/or vacuumed and then let the Quervo 2 do its job. - The roller mop design is superior to pad mopping - Side brushes on both sides makes for more efficient - Ability to clean the roller mop and squeegee is easy - Ability to refill the water storage is simple - Dust/debris bag replacement is also simple A couple of other notes: - The height of the Cuervo 2 may limit the ability to go under some furniture - The dock noise when drying the mop is noticeable but not bad. Depending on the time of day you run the unit it may not matter.

Great Robot! Best Ever! Replaced my iRobot Roomba Combo 10 Max (that was a piece of junk) for this and made a robot of $1000 from just an year ago look like a 50 year product. Would 100% recommend anyone!

1 Star – Expensive Robot That Doesn't Work, and Nobody Will Take Responsibility I purchased the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow from Best Buy on February 21, 2026, for a significant amount of money. It was delivered on March 2nd and has been a disappointment from day one. The robot simply does not clean. It skips large empty areas of the apartment and returns to the docking station within a minute of starting — I have video and screenshots proving this. The furniture is correctly mapped, the setup is correct, and yet the robot refuses to do the one job it was designed for. When I contacted Roborock, they pointed me straight to Best Buy. When I went to Best Buy, they pointed me back to Roborock. Now I am stuck going back and forth between the two, being asked for more information — screenshots, serial numbers, receipts — with no resolution in sight. Neither company is willing to simply acknowledge that this is a faulty product and replace it. I bought this machine specifically to keep my home clean for my newborn baby. Instead, I am spending my time chasing two companies who are too busy pointing fingers at each other to actually help a customer. Best Buy sells the product and Roborock manufactures it — but when something goes wrong, neither is willing to step up. If you are considering this product, think twice about what kind of after-sales support you can realistically expect.

I’ve owned four different Roborock models and had to return them for various reasons. The spinning dual mops in the original CurvX didn’t meet our expectations. They left behind circle-like streaks and spread oil or other dirty liquids. This roller mop on this qrevo curv 2, however, is the only one that effectively collects and cleans oily and dirty floors. It’s incredibly impressive and efficient. I’m not sure about the long-term durability of a product like this, considering its numerous components and parts. It’s similar to a computer rolling around your house, and the AI features, cameras, and other technology are superior to the competition. Nevertheless, I hope the technology can withstand and last more than a year, as we use this machine multiple times a day.

I upgraded to the Curv 2 Flow from an S7 MaxV Ultra. Overall I think the improvements are worth it for my situation. The rolling mop feels like it cleans my tile floors better; my tiles are the long, wood-look type and aren't consistently flat across the length and this style of mop seems to work better than the sonic scrubber in the S7. Vacuum power seems about the same as the S7 from real-world usage, but the no-tangle brush is a nice quality of life upgrade for those with long hair or pets. I like that the water tanks are more translucent so I can easily tell if I need to refill when I check the dock. The object avoidance and mapping seem to also be slightly improved from the S7 as well. I would definitely recommend this as a great solution for day-to-day maintenance cleaning for hard floors.
