A: Yes it supports both.
Q: Does this system support HDR? HRD10 and Dolby?

A: I am doing these weights by comparison to a 16# bag of charcoal. The sub woofer is just about the same (16#). The receiver is a little heavier (20#). I do not still have the shipping carton but I recollect about 30" W x 36" H X 36" D. It had a 2 man lift sticker which would indicate 70#.
A: The subwoofer with the ONKYO sound system is externally powered (requires a regulare wall outlet).
A: The diagram with the Onkyo 925W sound system shows the "rear" speakers on the sides of the room and only slightly behind the listener. The wires that come with the system are sized for the receiver to be in the front of the room and the long wires for the rear speakers are about 20 feet. I have my receiver in the back of the room and bought 50 foot wires to run to the far corner and have no problems. The front speakers do need to be low for the uplift sound to be impressive.
