Exciting/Inventive New Album
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ecstatic may be an underestimation in describing my anticipation of this album. And while at first, the new sounds worried me, after a few listens I only grew in appreciation for there boldness in not taking themselves too seriously, and genuinely having fun with the record after having been apart for so many years. Really epic band here

I'm not a Nickel Creek fan, but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.most of the reviews I read about this album before purchasing it were from people who were obviously big fans of the band so it was hard to trust their reviews. I don't own any previous albums from this band, I've heard a few of their songs before and thought they were okay, but this is what I thought as someone who is not a fan: This album is pretty random. Nearly every song on it sounds like it could be by completely different artists. And because of that, I think it doesn't flow very well. It's not something I could just put in and listen to front to back. That being said, there is a lot I like about it. 2 or 3 of the songs are really great, and even the ones I don't love I can definitely appreciate this bands talent and musicianship. I'd say it's worth a listen just to hear some different music styles.

Excellent return of a fantastic band.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an exciting moment. After years of silence from Nickel Creek, they have returned. And boy, was it worth the wait. The instrumentation is as intricate as ever. The melodies and harmonies are still perfectly arranged and executed. I am so happy to be listening to new music by them again and hope I can look forward to more in the future.

Clear Growth of Talent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a long time fan of Nickel Creek I was pleased to hear that they were releasing a new album after a few year break. After listening to I can definitely see how the artists have matured during this time. I certainly enjoyed this album and look forward to any future works from these three musicians.

Excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After nearly 7 years apart and 9 years since their last album, this is candy to the ears. Two of the best instrumental tracks that they have ever written are on his new album. Great songwriting. Buy this...you won't regret it!
