Murder on a train. Parades. Trespassing in a movie studio - every mission is unique. You'll be solving the Murder on the Owl Express by finding clues and interrogating the locals, the next moment you'll be the band marshal in The Big Parade, or sneaking through the bird-run Dead Bird Studio

Cute hats, magical yarn, and snappy badges - By finding and collecting rare magical yarn, Hat Kid can stitch new cute hats with a variety of abilities, including a witch hat that allows her to cook explosive concoctions, and a wooden ghost mask that enables her to peek into other dimensions
This is a fantastic port of an amazing platformer. while there are some concessions due to the limitations of the switch in portable mode such as the resolution and anti-aliasing not being high, and some slow-down at points; it doesn't affect the enjoyment of the game. the fact that i can take this game, which is designed to be played in short bursts and not marathoned, with me is fantastic. this is why i will buy the switch port of many games.

Girly Mario

A Hat In Time is Mario in everything but name. For an independent game, it's an an incredibly well-crafted game. While it lacks that final touch of polish you'd get in a Mario game, the effort here from the developer is commendable. This is one of the best platformers not made by Nintendo.

I was in the hospital recently and one of my friends was absolutely freaking out.
As a sort of thank you and I’m okay, I bought this for him.
I own the physical copy and absolutely adore this game to hell and back! I got all the DLC and got all the collectibles.
But as the digital copy goes, you pay, you receive a code less than an hour later and you download it. Couldn’t be easier for a lockdown situation.
