This mini projector was very easy to use and gave a good, clear picture. The focus adjustment on the top made it easy to clarify the images. If purchasing this projector, consider these 2 things: 1-it is a mini projector. As such, it isn't very bright and must be shown in a dark space, preferably on a highly reflective surface. TO get an image large enough to see the projector must be moved away from the screen or surface. Unfortunately, that further dims the image. 2-the projector is very small and weighs very little. It can be tricky to set up and keep level and straight. I taped mine to a book then used various methods to level it. Other than these 2 concerns, the projector performed well for us.

Used to project images onto canvas for art, this little projector is superb. Clear colorful images even in modest light up to five feet away, and able to be used at much closer or farther distance to viewing surface. At greater distance dark environment will be required for best viewing. In all cases the images are terrific. sd card storage is convenient, supplied mini tripod is convenient for close and moderate viewing while screw In...not included..tripods can be attached for outdoor or large room viewing. Highly recommended for both price and performance, as well as very manageable size.

This little projector is kinda lame. I ended up returning it because it was useless to me. I charged it up fully when I bought it and began to use it. I struggled to get the legs to bend correctly so that the picture was level and focused. It doesn’t come with an HDMI cable, so I had to purchase one and that was an extra $20. I was able to utilize the component cables for sound through my sound bar, which was nice. Halfway through the movie, the projector died. I guess it doesn’t hold a charge enough to watch an entire movie??? Very disappointed. The picture was decent size and quality, but the fact that you can’t use it while it’s plugged in was frustrating. What good is it if it can’t last a few hours? So I took it back and will buy a larger, corded projector.

Thank you for the review and please note for the LED Projector you will need to connect the USB charging cable correctly for it to receive enough power to stay on continuously. As the smaller end will connect to the projector and the other two full sized USB will both need to be plugged in for the projector to receive the correct power as each of them will supply 1A. If not correctly plugged in it will turn off after the battery has been drained. aaxatech

I bought this item specifically because it said it was easy to connect to Apple devices and I wanted it to project from an I-phone. I had to purchase a separate cable. When the cable was connected and the device was turned on all it ever projected was a blank screen. Going into settings, I selected the proper input. I did not get the "no source detected" message so the projector recognized that it was connected but it still did not work. I tried several times...then I took it back. The instructions said to call the company before taking it back. I didn't bother. If it doesn't work then talking to someone on the other side of the continent isn't going to help.

Thank you for reviewing our LED Pico Projector. I am sorry to hear that you were having problems as It sounds like the mini-HDMI cable picked up the connection but the adapter you used did not send the video signal and that is why you would only see the black screen. We usually recommend the Lighting to Digital A/V adapter directly from Apple so you would not run into any problems like this. Please contact us if you want to try it out again and we would be happy to assist you on getting everything set up and working. aaxatech

We got this as a gift and love the projector and the quality of the picture, but the battery doesn't last long enough to watch more than 1 movie wirelessly. So if you planning to use it for a short presentation, I would recommend it, but not for home movie viewing in place of TV. The tripod is flimsy and the power cords are too heavy for the projector, so it keeps falling over. I actually had to tape it to the computer to keep it in place and it still tilts after a while. Overall, it's a great idea, just needs a better battery life so the cords aren't an issue.

I love the pocket projector but based on the amount of lumens it put out it was not feasible for doing presentations unless you wanted to do them in complete darkness. It would not allow for lights being on in anyway . My clients were unable to take notes which made this useless for me. I do not recommend this product. If they could create one similar with higher lumens and still be in a lower price range they could knock it out of the park !

Yes unfortunately this specific model only has 25 lumens so it would be best in a low light area and also would only be best used for personal use. For presentations I recommend a brighter unit around 150 lumens or more and our other models will have that and still would have the small portable factor. aaxatech

The Pico LCos Mini Pocket Projector is such a wonderful item. I can project from my iPad, iPhone, and other devices and have a clear, bright picture. This way I do not have to lug around a full size projector that will sometimes give me a clear image.

It has so many uses beyond its intended purpose, I use it for decorating cookies and cupcakes, I found it much easier to use it on my iPad so I did end up getting the adaptor cable for it. My daughter uses it to help with her drawing, she 8 and she can use alone.
